Great location. Three blocks from the public night market where Avenida de Los Heros meets the boulevard/melacon coastal road, which is charming. Close to shops, pharmacy, Maya museum. Safe. Coffee and Mexican breads are free for breakfast. Clean, simple, no frills room. Cheap. Nothing bad about this place - just simple basics: comfy bed, a/c, nice bathroom, desk, shelves. Not for your honeymoon but a good budget option.

At Check out the receptionist went to check the bed sheets and towels before they had us leave she then saw a little spot on one of the towels and she was saying we left blood on the towel but the stain on the towel was visible that it was there longtime so I don’t know why she would say we did it and it look like they wanted to charge us for the towel which was wrong but I didn’t accept fault.

Everything was good. The property is in an excellent location walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It felt safe and was relatively quiet for the area. No complaints it's a comfortable place to stay.

Nothing at all, please avoid at all costs. Horrible staff, it’s difficult to locate the hotel, though it’s on the Main Street.

Location, price I had to run the shower for 15 min to get it warm. Such a waste of water

Great location on the main avenue in Chetumal. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The property and the rooms are quite basic but it is good value for the $$.
