Everything was fantastic except for the fact that the ac in our room did not work and I couldn’t sleep the whole time!! AC was broken!!! And it was 100F in Chiang Mai!!!!

Stay was perfect and the second best stay I've had whilst travelling throughout thailand. The hotel was lovely: fresh looking and smelling. Bath in room was genius and also fantastic : evenings looking out into the evening will not be the same without it! The staff were attentive, kind and lovely, location was perfect generally. lt was a little way from the gate and the main tourist thoroughfare for those who want but for me was just right. Everything you need is within easy walking distance though. Navigating crossing roads nearby was a continual test of patience

Close to night life short walk to everything. 7/11 2 minute walk. Night market close for eating. Close to temples etc. Water tap in sink moving not tighten down same with toilet seat easy things to fix they should. No in room safe to put your things.

This will be a fun review! They are selling this in booking as a 4-star hotel and 3 star in Google. In all honesty, this is simply a guess house, and if it was a 20 euro, a night would be normal, but it isn't for us. We actually found later on a 5 Star Hotel on the same price that we paid. Look, it is nice to be high in life, we all need that feeling once in a while, but the reality is completely different. The stuff were lovely, but in Thailand, all the people are, so this is given, and it's not the guest house privilege. On this price, I can not give them more than 5 score, but I'll give them low to drop the overall of 8, which is totally misleading. No elevator, no lobby, no water for the weekend and If that's not enough for you, the mega noisy boulevard and the canal with the rats, directly right in front of the "hotel " will complete your joy. Seriously, don't pay more than 20-30 a night for that!

Location. Ground floor room has no windows to open! The bathroom is bit old and needs makeover.

the location was good staff were nice enough the room wasn’t very clean there was dust on lights and the sofa was broken. bed was okay. the worst thing was the smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and shower.

Location top, in the center and easy to reach from the airport. Very noisy, directly on the street. No breakfast in the hotel. No privacy in the bathroom. Okay but not a 4 star hotel.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast that is delivered to the room. Spacious room. Good location to explore the city on feet. No elevator.

Good location and nice decor. Loved the roll top bath in the suite. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast delivered to room and available 07.00-15.00 Some people may say that some of the wooden furnishings such as dressing table/ bathroom table are a little old or shabby. To me it just added to the room.
