JIb Jib at the front desk made us feel welcome, helped with ideas for why to do and see and then made all our bookings for us. All the tours she recommended were great. A super positive and cheerful person that made our stay feel special. The hotel itself is extremely well located-walking distance to all the sights in Old Town and just across the water to the night bazaar (20 min walk). Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh water supplied, laundry across he street for 50 baht a kilo and quiet at night.

Absolutely no sound isolation, the door might as well have been a curtain (probably would have been better, because the doors were also incredibly loud), the walls so thin you can here your neighbor doing everything. The room is for some reason only cleaned it you put the hanger on the handle.

Loved the location in the northeast corner of the old town. There are restaurants, cafes, juice bars, and cute art shops all nearby. We had a family room and it was so spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Having Netflix was great. The hotel always felt quiet. Good WiFi. Good shower, I just wish that the bathroom had more surfaces to put our toiletries and things. Would definitely stay here again if back in Chiang Mai.

A modern and well maintained hotel in a great part of the old town. The street was much quieter than the nearby perimeter road. There's lots of options nearby for eating and drinking etc..The staff were all very nice and spoke good English. The bathroom was a little on the small side, and the balcony wasn't large enough to use with a table and chairs.

This was the biggest hotel room we had in Thailand. The staff here were so helpful and efficient with everything. The room was spotlessly clean. I would also definitely recommend coming here and not prebooking any trips as you can do it all in the hotel with really good deals. I prebooked all of ours but would have got a better price doing it here. Bottled water was given to us daily and the room was very impressive. Netflix was on the TV. Nothing

Great location in the old town. Close to everything but quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful - got a lovely tote bag as a christmas/new year gift also. Room was comfy with good air con, nice shower, etc.

The receptionist/manager was absolutely fantastic, so so helpful in assisting us book our trips, order a taxi etc. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so chatty and welcoming- faultless customer service. The hotel was clean and comfortable and located perfectly to walk to the busy area for bars/restaurants/markets but distanced enough for a peaceful nights sleep. Would stay here again if visiting chiangmai in the figure without a doubt. If you struggle with stairs, make sure to ask for a room on a lower level- no lift.
