The location is excellent. The pool area was nice and it was very clean. Check out is early at 11am and check in very late at 4pm. Maybe in low season you can change this as there seems to be plenty of staff to allow this to change to at least check in at 2pm which is normal for the area.

Excellent location. Lots of good restaurants and sights close by. You can walk to Tha Phae Gate in 10 minutes. Night Bizarre is about 20 minutes walking. Get a smoothie at the stand in front of the hotel…delicious! The hotel has a very authentic feel and friendly staff. Rose Laundry Service a couple of doors down will wash/dry your laundry in a day. We went twice to Sense Massage around the corner on Mun Mueang Road (I got the best massage I’ve ever had). The bathrooms are outdated. It appeared to be mold in the shower grout. Our friends had an allergic reaction during our stay. We had small ants crawling around our bathroom sink. There’s no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up if staying upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Sri Pat Guesthouse and truly enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent—peaceful, convenient, and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out. We appreciated the hospitality and the overall experience and would happily recommend Sri Pat Guesthouse to travelers looking for a pleasant and well-located place to stay. N/A

The noise isolation wasn’t amazing so our chattery neighbor kept us up at night a couple of times

In the heart of Chiand mai old city where everything was on the walking distance. Shops, bars, leisure and attractions. Overall it was a tremendous stay in Chiang mai They don’t have an elevator so we got the room on 2nd floor which was not easy to hold the luggage and climb up the stairs every time

Great location! Nice pool area. Bed was not that comfy but it was big. Also there was no hand soap in the rooms, only body wash and shampoo.

We always stay at Sri Pat Guesthouse on our return trips to Thailand. The staff are accommodating & friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. Extra towels & water & pillows on request. Convenient to many restaurants, the best beauty shop in CM (Joy Salon), convenience stores, open fruit market, transport at the end of the soi, coffee shops & more! The price, as most guesthouses, keeps going up.

Cold pool was amazing. The fridge in room worked great. Shower water pressure was great! Beds were firm. Location was phenomenal:) filtered water in lobby was perfect! Lounge are could have been air conditioned but overall stay was great.

It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to everything you need and many cultural attractions. The AC worked great, nice pool, big room and very clean. The beds could be a little more comfortable and the WiFi was not great.

We loved the pool. It was simple, clean and well equipped to allow us the freedom to cool off and unwind. The location as well was amazing! We were just a little disappointed with the staff and their response to the AC unit not working. We baked our first night because the AC didn’t work, so we respectfully requested them to take a look. When we came back that night we heard “all fixed now” and proceeded to bake again the next night. Finally after putting up with it long enough I decided to fix it myself (being an AC installer back home) and I found that they did not fix it, the drainage line was iced up, the air inlet ports were called full of so much dust it didn’t even allow incoming air and the AC defrost sensor was shot. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated that the staff had lied to me and not done what I had asked. The staff and management was a large disappointment
