Perfect location in the old part of the city. You can get everywhere by foot and you have several coffee shops, restauranfs and 7-eleven’s around the hotel. Room is pretty outdated (but clean), the beds have the hardest matrass I ever experienced in my life, and the room has 0 sound insulation. I could hear every person enter the hotel and even perfectly understand what they were saying (my room was on the ground floor). While the name suggests that it’s a hotel, but for me it’s a hostel (which explains the low price compared to other accommodations in the streets around the hotel).

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, probably the most lovely staff in all my stays in Thailand. The breakfast was plain, the location was good. The minus was when we checked in our rooms didn't look the cleanest. In the living room /kitchen they had white tiles and you could see dust and hair. Is a bit icky checking in a room and it doesn't look bright squeaky clean! Also was expecting beds from the photos I had seen and we had mattresses on a elevated floor

Location was goodLocation It was a very basic room for a 2 room suite, very uncomfortable bed, the sofa was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on (it was actually a sofa bed - although not advertised as such - which also would have been horrible to sleep on), the suite was advertised as having a bath but it didn't have a bath. This was the reason we had our 7 day stay reduced to a 1 night stay. The hotel was polite accepting this. Very glad they didn't have the bath giving us a basis to cancel as the rest was v uncomfortable.

The location is perfect! Close to everywhere but still not noisy in the hotel. The room was very comfy. A lot of plugs to charge our phones and 3 mirrors. You have a little space outside the window where you can hang washed clothes Clean and very new! The cleanerd were very noisy in the morning, they were cleaning rooms around mine and the speak so loud… if you are light sleeper be aware

Great guesthouse with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We stayed here more then ten days and will come back. It is located in the heart of the old town and very clean. Thank you! Everything was great!
