Comfortable bed, big TV, food and coffee places nearby Not a boutique hotel, room and balcony and bathroom small, no view from floor 2 (see photo), no water given every day, staff don't reply to message requests (to the owner: the evidence is the fact you didn't reply to my question on Booking chat.. lol) in your introduction message before arriving 'If you have any questions/ requests, please ask'. Well, I did ask. And was ignored. Hotel has a corporate feeling, no real care for customers

Great location! The staff was friendly. No complaints

The location was great. A few little restaurants, bars and massage places along the street. Nightmarket is near by so it can be a bit noisy until 10pm. The bed was very comfy! Staff was friendly and helpful. The tiles in the bathroom were stained with brown/red splashes/stains. Not super clean. We always had to ask for more toilet paper. Room wasn’t cleaned if not asked for. Our room was in the 4th floor - No stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but it’s good to know for others. The blanket was simply wrapped between two sheets and a bit gross and old.

This was our 3rd stay in Chiang Mai and by far our favourite. Comfortable area to sit in the reception area Location is perfect, walkable distance to the night market, so many great restaurants, bars and cafes. Room was quite big and very comfortable Very nice and friendly staff
-
Location was nice, and staff helpful. If you like a hard bed, then this is it. Shower could get wet to the toilet floor because curtain is not long enough and floor gets wet, or has no protection/partition.

Very friendly, familiar and helpful staff, central location in the old town and yet very quiet. Coul

Welcoming and very clean structure in the heart of chiang mai old city 10/10 recommended. Superlative staff.

Great location! Comfortable beds and spacious room. It was a little noisy, you can hear a lot of doors.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to several places in Old Town: 7-Eleven, various restaurants, a muay thai gym, massage spas, several cafes, and the Sunday Night Market. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. They gave me clear instructions on how to check in since my flight arrived at 1 AM. The bed was also pretty comfortable. The towels looked kind of dirty, like there were stains. There was also a time at night when I could hear some guests being loud outside going to their rooms.

Loved this hotel, perfect location as a couple who were backpacking. So clean & the staff are lovely. Right in the centre of where you want to be in chiang mai, close to everything. Nothing

Right in the centre of Chiangmai old town and yet quiet. We booked a night watching Muay Thai boxing and a day trip with the elephants and white water rafting -awesome ! They have a first aid kit available on the stair case and that came handy - We didn’t stay long but loved our stay ! Nothing !!!!
