The location is excellent to tour the old city and further. Very noisy at night due to late party bars clients passing by and not helped by the window not shutting properly.

Great location, adequate room. Older but clean. Not very welcoming. 4 of us arrived and checked in with not much more than a smile. Elevator was out of service. No offer to help with luggage up to 2nd floor.

Fourth time staying here. Cute, comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a relaxing neighbourhood. Lots of good cafes, juice bars, restaurants and a market nearby. Wifi weak at times in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near both a local market and food stalls and tourist-oriented shops and restaurants. 6-bed family room well laid out and very convenient with 2 sinks, 3 toilets, 2 showers. Comfortable beds, good aircon. Mini fridge restocked daily with bottled water. Small sofa and table with 2 chairs in the room plus storage cabinets. Pool officially 14+ but I saw some younger kids using it quietly and the staff did not seem to mind. Nice common area and seating downstairs and on the lawn. I'm an early riser so I would have liked the cafe to open earlier but there are plenty of options on the same stretch. Some noise and smoke from the place across the street, but did not bother us when we were in our room.

Situated in a very quiet part of the city. Or perhaps the whole Chiang Mai is just calm and peaceful :) The place was nice, tidy, and clean. Most of the places I needed were within walking distance.

Located in the heart of the old city, it was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. A nightly food park with entertainment is a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was nothing to get excited about, thus having a balcony is of little value. Walking anywhere was safe and stress-free. The whole area is a bit run down with a lot of pot shops and backpackers, but I guess that is part of the local tourism.
