Staff never at front desk. Bed was hard as a rock, the worst I have ever slept in. Walls are thin so you can hear everything

Very clean and confortable, good location.

Only one shower had hot water on my floor. There was a guy on the room that was extremely loud, brought a lady boy and bothered everyone the whole night, couldn’t sleep. Next morning he left and the three of us that stayed in the room complained, lady in reception apologized but no compensation or anything

I was hit with cigarettes scent as I entered. There was no one at the receptionist desk and I rang the bell 3 times and no one came out so I cancelled my reservation

They overbooked our room by mistake. So didn't stay there. It was very inconvenient, but the staff were nice enough to refund our money in cash
