Location is good and silent during the night. Hotel has its own parking lot, free of charge . Old hotel zone (that contains most of the rooms) is falling apart. It’s not just old, it’s not maintained at all. Shower drain hole was clogged from day one. Asked front desk for support but they didn’t do anything . Room was also very dirty. Dust everywhere, case bearing moth on the walls toilet with stains. None of the above is new and can be seen all around other comments. I wish I had taken it more seriously.

Location and the entrance area is very pretty and the pool was great! The breakfast selection was incredible and all cooked really well and tasty! The bathroom was unacceptably dirty, there were stains in the bath, there was black mold on the roof of the bathroom. We asked staff for flat pillows every day- nothing ever came. The tv was not screen share compatible for modern devices as the tv is too outdated and there were not enough plug points for travelers.

We stayed in superior rooms and everything was good there - water pressure, bed, sheets, quality of the room generally. We enjoyed also some moments by the pool, which was great. Breakfast was also good and the hotel was quiet and very well located. I would stay again.

Breakfast was good and the guy who welcomes you is very nice Everything else, room old and VERY dirty, we had to request them to clean the room one more time, as there were insects and hairs on the wall in the shower…. Bed VERY uncomfortable half of the mattress was off the base. AC didn’t works properly and the room smelled really bad to mold.

Great location in old Town for the weekly night market, as well as Uri Herb workshop and so many things. Extensive complimentary breakfast and the attached restaurant was a great place to get a snack or smoothie or meal. Staff was very helpful helping us book a day trip to Chaing Rai. Large room, very clean. Would stay here again Nothing comes to mind

The curtains are thin and the halls well lit so the room is never fully dark. They put some chemical in the swimming pool which stings the eyes.

Very pleasant with friendly helpful staff. Nice gardens and plants around good breakfast buffet. Had elevator and pool and nice sitting area in lobby. Could do with some renovation, and the gym was small.

Nice boutique style hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good WiFi, Liked the area easily accessible and walking distance to everything. Water provided dilly. Only minor issue was the shower which kept going cold then hot again

Great location in the old city, with its own restaurant and cafe, laundry service, tour desk right across the street, perfect for our first night in Thailand after a very long journey, and we couldn’t have been happier to stay a full week there. Other than the beds being a bit hard (which is par for the course in Thailand), we had a great stay.

Great location, easily accessible and walking distance to everything! Staff was always friendly and super helpful. The restaurant from the hotel was also great A few things could use some renovation (like the bathtub), and the gym was small/not too exciting

Reception staff were polite but not overly friendly. Breakfast was ok with different Thai choices everyday but the same western selection each day, the meat choices weren't too appetizing. Trying to make toast was impossible, the toaster was too slow, the bread didn't get hot and the butter was too cold. That's just being picky though. No highchair available as is the norm in Thailand.
