The Staff at POR Singharat are so beautiful. They are professional, attentive, supportive and had great interactions with me. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious enough. The Staff seemed to have a great working relationship with each other, they supported each other seamlessly. The breakfast was also amazing. Great experience. That I was not able to stay for longer.

This was a great base for exploring Chiang Mai. The location is central, within the old city - you can walk to temples, the old city wall, nice cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and modern with a nice large shower. The breakfast buffet had good variety and snacks, water and hot drinks were available all day. The pool is refreshing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing, we had a great stay

Breakfast was great and they had coffee, lemonade and water available almost all the time. The staff was super friendly and helpful ALWAYS! It was a great experience. Wish the pool water was a little warmer.

Out of the many hotels we've stayed at this was a a homeowner. Comfortable, amenities were plentiful, amazing breakfast spread with snacks and coffee all day. Will come back our first chance. No table on balcony and no clothes storage outside of a clothes bar to hang some shirts.

The atmosphere is great. We really like the rooms. The staff were really nice and willing to help. You can find many areas to take photos. We love this hotel, and we will come back again if we have a chance. There is nothing we dislike about this place so far.

The situation of this hotel in a very quiet area but not too far from the busy area. The hotel is new so obviously everything look good and the breakfast buffet offer basically everything you expect for local or international travelers. Nothing much noticeable, maybe for people with reduce mobility the hotel is in a quiet area with small streets so you have to walk a bit before you can see tuk-tuk or taxi.

The Staff at POR Singharat were fabulous. Professional, courteous, kind, generous, helpful, attentive to all my needs and requests for things to do, securing taxi's, scheduling appointments. The breakfast was amazing, the Staff even assured I had breakfast to go on the days I had tours and on travel day back to my residence. Cleanliness, comfort, value, location ~ it all worked. Thank you very much. It all worked.

Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and varied--one of the best I've had at a hotel of any kind. The staff was professional and helpful and answered any questions we had. Everything was fine.

Quiet and serene, nice room, friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, unlimited bottled water, and an excellent value for the money. There's really a lot to like about Por Singharat. While inside the Old City, the hotel is a little far from the East Gate, where most of the action is. But overall, Por Singharat is an excellent choice, especially if you are looking for a quieter location.
