The facilities feature an amazing natural design. The pool is beautiful and free pool towels are provided. The room is spacious, and the location is close to Gallery Drip Coffee (great coffee!). The staff speak good English, the restaurant and bar are excellent, and the bathroom includes a Japanese bidet. Poor sewage system — the shower room floods during use. Water pressure is not very strong (this seems typical in Southeast Asia). Hot water is not consistent. The shampoo, body soap, and hand gel feel very cheap. Even after several pumps, I still don’t feel clean. The breakfast coffee tastes like instant coffee, but it’s acceptable since there are good coffee shops nearby.

Staff seem didn't like Thai Tourist. House keeping have internal walkie talkie, after 9.am they can wake every rooms on the floor when they have internal concerstion.

The location was very good. Staff was very helpful and even assisted us in booking a tour to Doi Suthep. Room was comfortable and clean. Nothing really.

I loved the place. It is a small boutique hotel with great rooms and excellent service. The food and bar service was great too. Is perfectly located to enjoy all Chiang Mai old town.

The staff were really friendly. The location was great - lot of little cafe, eateries close by. Hotel was quiet, great pool. Great size rooms. The place is a little tired looking, but this did not detract from the wonderful staff and relaxed atmosphere.

The property is new/renovated, the room is clean, spacious and with all needed amenities. Staff is nice and helpful. The laundry services gave me headache as my clothes returned to me with several stains. It was solved in the other day after complaining about it to the staff, but it added unnecessary tension and stress. Breakfast is very limited, I would not pay for it unless extremely needed due to the time of the tours, etc.

In a good location for those who want to explore the old town. The swimming pool closing at 8:00 PM was a bit disappointing in terms of my holiday plans. I was hoping to be able to use it later in the evening as well. ?
