Excellent hotel, nice and friendly staff, perfect location, very clean and worth the price.

Recommendation-do not book this accommodation! For starters, we are international travelers and there’s elevator for luggage and there are three floors. Secondly within an hour of checking in the power went out and we were left without electricity and air conditioning till it was fixed. Finally, and the real deal breaker here is we went out for a few hours and came back to a room covered in ants! Ants all on our belongings. Despite multiple attempts trying to cancel and get a refund so we can move to a new accommodation they refused to refund us for the night. The person working there really wanted to help and was very sweet but their boss refused to compromise. Bad business decision.

Good location near major Wat. Lots of neaby food options. 15 min walk to Chiang Mai Gate night market with lots of street food options. Walkable to many sites if you are up to it, otherwise use Grab app. Unusual bathroom design where there is no barrier between shower and toilet. Floor up to toilet completely wet after each shower. No real room safe, only a wooden locked drawer with a key.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was lovely and big, really comfy bed, large balcony and very clean. The maid was amazing and very helpful. I would highly recommend!

The hotel is in a pretty quiet area which we love so much. The helper is very kind and friendly, she always greets and smiles. The hotel is clean and tidy always. There is NO elevator so if you have heavy luggage you should consider it. There isn't a closet in the room as well, quite inconvenient.

super clean, big spacious and bright room pool is not big but actually very good for swimming I love how quiet it gets when swimming in the late afternoon- the view with banana trees is great! not a full-service hotel (so more for experienced travelers or without kids) the lady staff is so kind and helpful free snacks are nice! nothing this is just one suggestion- if the hotel could offer a laundry service (per kg) that would be awesome

loved my room overlooking chiang mai even if there was no lift i was so happy everyday there and CLEAN POOL and super helpful staff. snacks! i had heavy luggage so i had to ask someone to carry it upstairs, felt bad

Beautiful rooms, comfortable, stylish, clean, quiet, nice views, big windows, great pool No elevator, but only three floors, my friend with bad knees was able to get a room on the lower floor.
