Everything! Our favourite hotel in Chiang Mai

The food was some of the best we had in Chiang Mai. The whole hotel is quite beautiful and very clean. Would definitely come back. They offered excellent recommendations of things to do and a shuttle bus to the night market. The surroundings of the hotel are a bit dirty, but there is nothing they can really do about that so I cannot blame them

I liked the small, boutique style of the hotel. It is quiet and has a homey feel in the lobby. Breakfasts were good. It is located on a busy road that is not very interesting but has 7 Eleven 3 blocks away. Taking a tuk-tuk is the way to get around. The staff were the best. Young, efficient, friendly and interested in hearing about my adventures. I cannot say enough how they added to my stay in Chiang Mai. The pool is cool and it is on a busy street. Not too many sites nearby to walk to but again that's what tuk-tuks are for. Tuk tuks often stopped on the street rather than coming into the parking are in front of the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed with the location, as well as the staff and service, which were truly 10/10. The breakfast could offer a bit more variety, and the interior could benefit from a light refresh. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would be delighted to return again!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Right on the edge of the old town. Helped organize day trips and transportation. The buffet breakfasts were abundant and so tasty! The kids loved the free snacks. Refreshing and clean pool. Very comfortable rooms. Good A/C. A bit pricey.

Old style Thai hotel. Inside city walls, but still very peaceful. Comfortable and clean. Only one restaurant.

It was right in the Old City, but as you stepped onto the property, all the hustle and bustle is left behind. Soothing rippling water, leafy trees and impeccable grounds. Very hard to find anything we didn’t like! Maybe the bed could have been softer, but it seems to be a trend in Thailand.

I liked the value for money 4 stars should be much more clean. Moreover, the toilet was stinky and when we told the reception the housekeeping came and sprayed some perfume. The hotel needs to be refurnished.

Location was great!!! The entrance is beautful , staff was great. Once you walk out of the front the hotel def needs some updating. Looks run down and in need of repair. The tables around the pool area were always very sticky and unclean. Rooms were clean and comfortable and big !! It looked dirty outside around pool area and looking at hotel from that viewpoint. Tables were not cleaned around pool
