Nice little place, good location, friendly staff. Shower was big and nice. The room was missing a safe, and would have liked a tea kettle as well.

The location is convenient, a short walk to the action. The owners are friendly. I booked a Deluxe Double Room, based on the pictures it should be on the second or third floor with plenty of light. I was quite surprised when they placed me in a dark room on the ground floor. When I asked the owner he said, that the pictures are the same for all the rooms, I think that's very misleading. Also the room was pretty basic and had a damp smell. Also, there was an event venue right next door, so there was very loud music playing into late night on two of my four nights I was staying. That was quite unfortunate as I booked the hotel because the reviews claimed it was quiet. I would recommend you look for another place, there is much better hotels around for that price point.

Room very clean, comfortable beds and cozy garden. It was very calm as well, nice to relax. The hosts are super friendly. In the entrance they offer free coffee in the morning and some snacks.

Very convenient but quiet location, beautiful peaceful garden. Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable with nice bedding. Unique colourful murals in each room! Good restaurant. Everything was great but some feedback would be to provide ceramic coffee/tea cups. The tiny paper ones are too small and get way too hot to handle. Also, recycling bins would be a nice addition and would make this lovely hotel more eco friendly.

Unfortunately the bed sheets and pillows were stained.

Bed was comfy and the room is spacious enough for 2 people. Love the free water and cleaning everyday. Location is excellent it’s in the old city and there’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby and our favorite is the breakfast across the street. We will recommend this place to our family and friends and would stay here again next time in Chiang Mai . The bathroom grout needs to be brush thoroughly because the bacteria builds up and molds are in it . Black mold and the orange bacteria around the ground tile shower floor . There’s like a school that sings in the morning so it’s a little bit noisy and not good if you’re a light sleeper

The hosts are really nice! The place offer free snacks and drinks. The location is also convenient. The yard has a peaceful and soothing vibe. All in one word, it’s awesome!

The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Snacks, coffee and tea available at all hours. Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and a quick walk to the CBD. And the staff was outstanding!! This is a hotel, so would be challenging to stay longer than a week without access to cooking facilities and more seating in the rooms themselves. This was understood when I booked, so nothing bad with the property itself.

I didn’t The hotel feels like a bad version of motels in US. Bathroom has a sewage smell. Water pressure was weak. Nosy from late night guest in and out.

The room is new, clean, and bathroom is nice and spacious. Comfortable king size bed. Parking area has its gate locked after 9pm. And need to get a key to open by ourselves if we want to go out later than that. Breakfast is not included.

Loved the hotel! Our room was so cute with comfortable beds and good a/c. Beautiful large bathroom (plenty of hot water!!). Owners were so friendly and helpful. Fast and reliable wifi (we work online so this is very important to us). The location was fantastic, in Chiang Mai Old Town, very close to one of the main temples. Easy to walk to all touristic spots. The included breakfast was good. The onsite restaurant has great food, but there are many good cafes and restaurants close by (as well as a 24hrs laundromat). We liked it so much we extended our stay. Highly recommended!

This boutique hotel is located in the old town. It's very convenient to get from it to every temple and every attraction in Chiang Mai. The owners and the stuff are extremely helpful and friendly. They put their souls into the hotel and the restaurant. There is nothing I didn't like about that hotel. Everything was perfect!
