Its very clean

The room was quite comfortable and good AC. Very clean and everything we needed. Refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, and breakfast included which was excellent. Very happy! The only thing we can think of that is a “ dislike“ would be the location. There was not a lot available within a short walking distance, but we would still definitely return.

Nice location very shady and peaceful, quiet but with Old City location. My room was clean and comfortable with a good bed. I thought the breakfast was very good with a cooked to order option and a breakfast buffet with many choices and beverages. And cats! I always like having cats around. I will return to Chiang Mai next week and will likely return to this hotel. My ground floor room was a bit dark, had a mild musty odor, and some mosquitoes. I will try an upstairs location next time

Nice room and nice to be able to chill by the pool. Location is a bit out of the hustle and bustle but that’s nice sometimes

The staff were all very lovely and breakfast was great! We appreciated that they served us breakfast at an earlier time in the morning to accommodate our plans for the day. The room fit all of our needs, and the location was very good. You could tell the staff work hard to care for the property and provide a great experience for guests. The pool is a bit small, but still nice to lounge by. The room is also a bit on the small side, but we had no issues with this.

Natural environment

I liked the room, the bed, the shower, the location, the pool area. I would stay here again. I didn’t use the pool, it was the cool season. I wished for a comfortable chair in the room, but there was only a stool. And nowhere to hang laundry.

The staff is super friendly and the room was exceptionally clean and really had everything you need. We arrived at 9 am knowing we can only leave our bags because check in is at 2 but they offered us a yummy breakfast while waiting. Food also delicious. Location perfect for the stay.

A very atmospheric, older place with soul. The staff is very friendly. It's clean. A perfect base for exploring Chiang Mai. No problems at all. There's nothing about this place that bothered us. Perhaps the modest breakfast, which we skipped in favor of visiting other places, but the city has such a wide selection of affordable places with a variety of food that this isn't really a criticism of the hotel. You can definitely grab something there if you're in a hurry, and the food is okay.

The room was clean, the air conditioning and wifi worked well. The staff were very helpful. I washed clothes at a laundromat around the corner and was able to hang them to dry at the property. We walked to restaurants and temples.

Charming, great location and good breakfast.

It's a little far from things in the city while still inside the walls it's a bit of a walk really not a big deal but worth noting

Located at the old town that it's good, but A liitle bit fare from wua lai walking street saturday market, night bazar(25 min walking) Beside this great place.

Loved this hidden away property. It was in a very quiet location, within the old town wall. Easy walking to all main attractions within the town. We didn't get to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. Staff were very helpful in organising transport for us. Breakfast was very good Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but would definitely return! Nothing

When I checked in, the lady asked me what the wanted for breakfast the next morning. The next morning I came to the lobby area and she said they would start my order. They had a spread already so I really could’ve eaten what they already had out! Breakfast was great. Another morning I had an early tour so they could prepared breakfast for me early, which I was grateful for. The room was huge, bed comfortable. For me, location was great because it was quiet. So that just depends on what area you want to be close to. Also, had a cute little balcony. Nothing
