Close proximity to restaurants, temples, Sunday market and airport. Sometimes there is a foul odor coming from the toilet drainage.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast till 10.00, wonderful staff. Very quiet, firm bed, good air con. Staff very attentive. Everything was wonderful.

The property was clean, well decorated, spacious room, and very comfortable bed. Good location for doing tours around Chiang Mai. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious and served quickly. We had an excellent stay at La Burie Gallery Hotel! Very nice for a budget hotel. Our only minor issue was with some of the other guests at the hotel. The people in the room next to us were very loud, late into the night, for 3 nights in a row. Talking very loud even after midnight, and using a loud machine in their room after midnight (maybe a hair dryer, but it was very loud). They woke us up each night. I thought about knocking on their door, but it’s awkward to do that. The hotel does not have a night time staff there, and so we felt like if there was a night time staff, maybe they could have helped to tell our neighbours to please be quiet at night.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They want their customers happy which is a very good thing. Only for the sake of elderly, or if you have a lot of luggage and elevator would be useful this location has no elevator. However, that was not an issue for me. I am a young, healthy male.

The location is very good, but the hotel needs better management. The rooms are dated, bed mattress is hard as a wooden board, A/C airflow is smelly, there are ants/termites everywhere in the room, the balcony is outside a noisy road at night. I would not stay here again.

Spacious and clean No elevators. Was difficult for us as pensioners to get to our room with nobody to help us with our luggage to the 3rd floor

Good location in the old quarter. Staff were helpful upon arrival helping us contact a Thai number we needed to. Organised our transport to Pai. Breakfast was very average (small egg and some toast). Room was a little dirty on the floor. Hotel is without staff for most of the day.

Great location for training at Dang Muay Thai and walkable distance to everything in the old town area. The bed was super comfy and the room was large. Breakfast was included in my rate and consisted of a decent portion of eggs and chicken sausage with salad. There was also plenty of juice, tea, coffee and water to help yourself too, along with fruit and toast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Busara has a perfect location: you can go anywhere in Old Chiang Mai by walking as it is small. It is close to bars and restaurants, 7 Elevens, markets, massage shops and just 10 minutes from the Airport by car. Biggie the manager was always very friendly and helpful. He recommended places to visit and eat. He also left breakfast ready for us when we went very early on an excursion. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Everything was ok.
