1. The windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. I was woken up at 5:30 a.m. by someone on the ground floor making a lot of noise, apparently chopping something (it sounded like meat). 2. We went to the restaurant for breakfast, there was still 20 minutes left before breakfast ended. However, a staff member politely told us that we were late and suggested that we come earlier next time. 3. There is a restaurant for serving onlt breakfast, and the staff. 4. Lift at the back side and if you have a big luggage it's quite challenging.

Nice central location. Excellently run hotel. Nice atmosphere. The rooms are on the small side. Breakfast choice is very limited but done well.

Places were nice, it was in a decent location we were able to walk around and check out some things within the old city, super quiet. They charged an insane amount for a transfer, I didn't realize until after we booked just do not book a car through them, take a grab it is 4X cheaper.

Very basic breakfast, we only eat the eggs and drink the coffee. Happy to pay a bit more for a decent breakfast.

Twin beds with only one pillow each. Weird lighting with very little window light. Bathroom was small and tight with bad lighting but clean.

Staff is very friendly especially the female staff she always greets everyone. Pool is also nice I hope breakfast options will increase, its cheap though so its ok Laundry is quite expensive . .

Convenient location to center of Chaing Mai. Nice pool area, breakfast ok. Slightly quirky room design but comfortable.

We got a suite that really accommodated our family perfected as we were traveling with four people. There was plenty of space.

Very nice pool. Quiet but close to shopping and food. I’m not a fan of bathrooms with glass doors.

The breakfast was excellent with good variety…all day coffe machines was a bonus, the front desk man arranged a great tour into the mountains villages,temple, neck ring tribes…the pool and facilities in general was the best.. Nothing

The family room was nice, clean, large, and had a smart TV. Breakfast was buffet style, not huge but big enough to provide variety. Breakfast was the same each day. The espresso machine was pretty nice. There was a small pool with an area next to it for yoga.

Great location. Rooms were nice and breakfast was decent. The bathrooms smelled bad and there were ants everywhere, especially in the bathroom. You definitely can’t leave any food out.
