Quiet room, helpful staff. There are kitchenware on 2nd floor available for everyone plus electric kettle, microwave oven, fridge. A TV set is also available. Washing machine is on 3rd floor and you'll need 10 baht coins to wash clothes. There was a little mix up regarding our stay (my fault) but it got solved. I booked a 3 beds room but there was another twin bed inside the room which was great for our comfort. Location is not good if you want to go to main tourist areas but easily accessible to airport.

10 minute drive from Chiang Mai airport. Allowed us to check in a few hours early. No bedside lamps worked, there was no toilet paper or hand wash provided. The bedroom looked quite different to the pictures online. Poor location, must get a taxi to the town. The toilet flushed onto the bathroom floor, leaving a bad smell.

free bikes to use, comfy bed, good shower, kitchen facilities and coffee, friendly staff, clean it’s far but you can use a bike or it’s 30 min walk to centre

There is a common room that have a kitchen which has hot water coffee fridge etc the room was noisy from traffic and wasn’t so much clean.

Unclean, wet floor in the bathroom before check in, cannot adjust the remote of air conditioner, difficult to fine car park --> seek it yourself

The bedrooms were nice and the beds comfortable. It is close to the airport so is perfect if you just need to spend the night at a place close from there. The toilets were dirty and since the hostel is close to the road, there was a lot of noise even during the night. It is also too far away from the main places to visit in Chiang Mai.
