The localisation is best possible for Chiang Mai tourism. Nice to have a bottle of cold water daily and a shared fridge. The room is very small but designed in a modern local style. However, it lacks of hangers and maybe some small furniture that would be really helpful. Moreover, the height of the entrance to the toilet for no reason is very low so that i hit myself twice ( with only 181cm of height). If you are unlucky with neighbours it may be noisy.

The location is strategic and you able to get your food from as early as 6am to late night, where the walking distance is around 2 to 3 minutes. I never worry about food for my 3 days there. The owners are super friendly and they let me to store my luggage after checking out until my flight time. The room is super clean and I like the smell of the provided towel as well. Overall, it is exceeded my expectation for what I paid for. Nothing.

The staff (Mr. Tong) is very helpfull and kind. Althought the building is small the location and ammenities were very good. It was reasonably quite and confortable.

Good boutique hotel with nice owner and family. They are friendly and helpful. Offer many service like booking tour and taxi service with good price. Room are clean and comfortable with good air conditioner. Their Wi-Fi connection reliable. Hotel is in good location with many restaurants near by. It in walking distance to Sunday night markets. They have a nice cafe. Tom the owner has back ground as Barista and made very good latte. They have a cute dog name tiger that are friendly and fun. None

Located in the heart of Chiang Mai old town, the place is super clean and affordable. The owners are the best thing about this hostel so far. The dog they raise is also very adorable.

Great central location, friendly, helpful hosts, clean and comfortable room. Hosts can book excursions and bus tickets for you. Plus they have a very cute little dog called Tiger.

All in one for this place. Great location, very cozy and green and has everything you need, even a little fridge. You can book recommended tours which are genuine through the host, definitely recommend the cooking course. The place was lovely and clean, the beds are slightly bigger and longer than average. The linen smells like washing powder. Everything is good about this stay. Go for it! All was good

Perfect for a good night sleep: beds and pillows super comfy, modern bathrooms and everything was super clean. The location is also very good; quiet little street very close to temples and nice night markets. Would come back again!

Comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Staff are incredibly helpful and organised scooter hire for us at a discounted rate. They can also book excursions for you. The location is perfect for exploring Chiang Mai with lots of local restaurants and bars in easy walking distance Nothing- the perfect stay!

I stayed in this place for 10 days! It's really good that comes with private bathroom and room service was provided as well. The price is really good even cheaper than the bunk bed hostel. I travel solo, I can say it's really safe for you to stay here as a female traveler. And the room felt so new and nice AC. Sometimes when raining, you don't even have to turned it on because it is so cold already! Nothing

The owner was so sweet and her laugh was infectious, she helped me get my phone back after I left it in a taxi! Great location, cozy room, shower, AC, perfect stay. Nothing not to like!
