I stayed there one week together with my mom. Before we are check in, we requested hotel to provide corner room and they keep that room for us. Hotel owner and staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Room is really spacious and clean. Bed is very big for 2 people and comfort also. Wifi is super. I fully recommend to choose that one if you prefer the peaceful and quiet place. And also choose corner room like 204 and 304 if possible. Hotel is only 5 ~10 mins walking distance from Wet Market and max 10 mins walking distance from Saturday Night market which is located in Chiang Mai Gate. For us, location is a bit far from Night Bazzar. As i was traveling with my mom, she more preferred to stay near main road , Tha Phae gate area and more closer with night bazzar and Yunnan Flea Market(Friday Morning Market).

Nice place in the south of the old town in Chiang Mai. The room had everything we needed. Very nice and helpful staff. She called us a Grab car to the bus station.

Clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom. The host was really nice and accommodating. All staff is great. We really enjoyed our stay, near convenience store, ATM, food stores and Saturday night market. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back. Great rates for tours as well. We appreciate the daily water bottles for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I originally booked four nights but ended up extending my stay because I loved it so much! The location is perfect: walking distance to main attractions, night markets, restaurants, and a 7/11. Despite being close to all the fun stuff, it always felt quiet and safe (even as a solo female traveler). The accommodation is simple but has everything you might need, it's very clean, and they provide free bottled water every day. And the best part is the people! Joey and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Amazing value for money, and they also offer great deals on tours. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

if I have to compare the price and the quality then I have to say it is a really good option. Because it is usually not that easy to find a good place in Thailand at this price. I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel was offering tours, quite close to center.

Great location with a very close and helpful stuff. They answered all our questions and help us with all of our needs. We checked in late and there wasn’t any problem with that. Rooms were clean with air conditioning and a fan. Everything was perfect with a very good value. If we come to Chiang Mai again we will repeat the stay here. Nothing to complain about. Everything is just as it’s supposed to be.
