Very well located for the old city. Excellent sized bedroom that was decorated with gorgeous furniture. Comfortable bed and lovely big bathroom. Very helpful receptionist who gave us good advice on what to do in the area. This hotel is excellent for a 3 star. If it had an onsite restaurant I am sure it would be 4 star at least. There is no onsite restaurant. There is a Japanese restaurant immediately next door.

Unbelievable beautiful rooms with lots of wooden furniture. It is close to main roads but still secluded in a backstreet to have a quiet ambiente. Most stuff is walkable. Perfect to explore the city by foot. A night market is close by for good street food. Hotel right next to beautiful temples. Breakfast would have been nice but isn't offered by default.

This time we stayed in the triple room on the third floor. The room is really lovely and all the room layouts are nice. I wish I could stay here forever. The environment is so lovely and peaceful. One of the front desk agent staff girls with a hair bun was friendly and helpful. She gave us good recommendations for the nearby attraction areas and a massage area too. I regret not asking her name. Just would like to thank her for her recommendations. The nighttime front desk agent, he's also friendly and helpful too. Thank you all! Housekeeping needs to do more proper cleaning in certain places. There are some cobwebs around the corniche wall, the lamp light bulbs need to be dusted, and the kettle needs to be washed carefully as sometimes we boil it there is little dust inside the kettle. Finally, they need to look carefully for the coffee and tea amenity to be refilled daily. They didn’t stock up for all 4 days we stayed there. We had to ask them. It would be nice if this hotel had more houskeeping, a bellman, and front desk staff. It would make the operations much smoother and easier too. I hope the owner and management will consider this.

Rich Garden House is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai's old town. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, and the tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. While they don't offer breakfast, there are tons of amazing cafes and restaurants within a short walk, so you'll never go hungry. I especially loved being able to walk around barefoot in the clean rooms, and the bright, well-lit spaces made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend it! The only thing I would change is the lack of breakfast options. While there are plenty of great places to eat nearby, it would have been nice to have the option of a quick coffee and croissant on the terrace in the morning.

The building is really clean and beautiful, is near of the midtown of Chiang Mai. You have many options for food and to explore. Just 15 minutes from the airport in car. We payed for a biggest room, but we got one smaller. The bed was a little bit uncomfortably.

Beautiful place, within the old center of Chiang Mai, next to the main street but still located a behind, spacious, very big bathtub. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Big car park on a side and excellent sushi restaurant next to the hotel if you do not feel like going far !

The rooms we beautiful, exactly like the photos. The shower was small but the best shower, loads of pressure which can be hard to find in Thailand. Comfortable bed The hotel was a little hard to find initally.
