Beautiful clean and cozy rooms equipped with everything one needs. The garden is gorgeous with the river view and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. Everything was great and spot on, but my only problem is that my room was facing the main street and i could hear the cars passing by constantly. I guess if i had a room facing the garden it might have been better, but thankfully i always travel with ear plugs so it did the job.

Clean, well-kept, priced well and near the east gate of the old city, the night market, and the bazaar without being in the hotel area. One particular staff member was almost surly. The rest of the staff were quite pleasant.

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable. Wish they had a real coffee machine, and not just instant coffee.

Cozy hotel in good location with a beautiful patio facing the river. There is a motorbike/car rental right across the street which we took advantage of. And a great upscale market just a few steps from the hotel. Very nice owner, doesn’t speak much English but all can be worked out with a translation app. Breakfast very basic.

Great location close to everything, and SUPER friendly staff. Bed was like a rock, and they're right on a busy street and next to some clubs so get ready to hear car engines and loud music all night Bed was too hard and SUPER noisy from street and clubs near by

We had an excellent vacation in this magnificent hotel, everything was excellent, the location is very good it is a walking distance to main places in chiang mai like night market, Tha Phae Gate.... The hotel is clean and at the riverside. All what we needed was provided. Thanks and I will be coming back.

The hotel was very nice overall. good location and good view. Theres plenty of areas to sit and enjoy coffee, read or eat your lunch. The owner seemed nice and got us plates and sliverware. It was difficult for me to maneuver around the room because there was no floor next to the bed. I think they should only but a full sized bed in a room that small. im an older man and it felt like i was staying at a hostel, albeit with a bathroom. The coffee is downstairs and not in the room but this isnt a big deal. The maid never came evem though we requested her on the 3rd day so over the days the room and towels just got dirtier. That made us feel like they just didnt really care.
