The staff is super nice in this hotel. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier and our rooms were not ready yet. We didn't mind and just wanted to leave our stuff at the reception. The staff offered us to wait by the pool and offered us tea. The rooms are clean and the water pressure is good. There's so much greenery around and it's close to the river and downtown. The breakfast is really good and fresh here. We were impressed by the service - the staff made a special meal for my vegetarian friend. We will definitely come back again. The rooms need refreshment in terms of furniture, but it’s not critical.

Great boutique hotel at a one of the greatest locations in Chiang Mai. Rooms are fantastic. I loved and will definitely come back again. It’s right on the river which makes it very romantic! Furniture and decor is getting a bit rusty and old and needs a facelift of some sort.

Great location, right on the Ping River with markets, supermarket within short distance. Big rooms, lovely comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast and really great friendly staff. Awesome value.

The staff was excellent - friendly and efficient. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the firm mattress especially since my back needs it. The breakfast was amazing and there were many options. The price was VERY reasonable, especially for what I got in return.

Staff are really wonderful, we had a major issue and assistance provided was exceptional. Rooms are big, most comfortable bed with lovely comfy pillows. Bathroom is good but basic, meets all needs. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Location is great, just a short walk to town, shops etc

Poor quality of shower head.

Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is exceptional.Plenty of fruit and a good variety of food. We have stayed here many times on our way through CM to further North. Typically the beds have been comfortable except for this time. Not terrible but enough for me to notice. This will not stop us from staying there again however as we have always had a great stay.

Breakfast was delicious. location was convenient. staff was super helpful and friendly. And the ambience was welcoming and inviting. The beds were little hard for my daughter.
