Family room is spacious and bed/bath linen are clean. They provide washing machine to wash clothes ourselves, which is very helpful Shower window curtain is shorter than window width and make it uncomfortable while taking shower
-
Not enough parking space. Entrance to Parking is very narrow.

We loved this hotel The staff is very nice It is also close to the river, to the night markets and all the facilities we loved also the little patio with ponds and trees. It is quite, the beds are comfortable you have access to swimming pool, washing machine, kitchen and for a long stay it is ideal N/A

Close to downtown Noisy rooms when people came back late. The staff keep turning off the a/c and room fridges, made it impossible to keep drinks cold.
-
Staff are very helpful, resort vibe, and the location is very close to the night bazaar and the immediate surrounding is not too touristy but has several gems of cafes, market food and vintage stores.
-
The hotel is located in a quiet area, but it is close to the city center, and you can get to the hustle and bustle of the city center by crossing the bridge. We were in building C, the rooms of which are a little tired and in need of cosmetic repairs.
-
Awesome staff and the pool is one of the best we have ever had. The hotel is in a great quiet neighborhood. There is many night markets nearby. We have spent 9 weeks there in the last two years and plan on going back soon. Highly recommended. There was no dislikes about the place.

The bathroom was quite gloomy and run down. No wardrobes or drawers.

This was my family's favorite accommodation in Thailand. The kids (teens), loved the pool and we (the parents) enjoyed the garden area associated with our building. The staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. They let us use the facilities (including the pool) before we checked-in. They offered suggestions about the area. They provided a daily delivery of bottled water (which was a pleasant surprise for us). We also used their laundry facilities which was very convenient. If you want a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself without the need to go out, this place has you covered. It's a little bit outside of Chiang Mai's central tourist area, requiring a bit more walking every time you go out then if you were, say half a kilometer more towards the center. Though it is close to a local (non-tourist-oriented) market selling all sorts of food.

The pool was very clean and refreshing, and the breakfast was great Nothing!

The value and location were good. It was an easy walk across the river to the local markets, the more touristy night markets and to old town. Still, we were far enough away that the stay was peaceful and quiet at the hotel, away from the crowds of the night markets. Lots of food options available close by, including local markets filled with locals. Two shared washing machines and line drying space were quite helpful for our 2-week stay. There was no desk in the room and the room felt a little small over time. We were able to use shared space around the pool and in our building. Wifi was slow at times.

The staff and the pool

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the was great and the location gave us a short walk to the Night Market.
-
The bed and AC Too noisy, toliet doesnt flush immediately, and the bath water is always cold

The staff were lovely and the pool was beautiful. The rooms were basic but had everything you needed and were very clean. There is free laundry on site which was very handy. If I had any questions, the staff were more than helpful. It’s not far from a 7-Eleven which is handy. Not much I didn’t like. The location is about a 25 minute walk from the heart of old town so just be aware of that. I rented a bicycle as I only had a few days and wanted to make the most of my time. I definitely stay here again however if you only have a few days, In Chiang Mai it might be better to stay closer to/ or inside Old town.

The hotel is in a quiet area, close to a river and outside the inner city, but close enough for a short ride. There are several coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance. 1. There are no elevators. You need to take the stairs, so if they assign you to a high floor (in our case, the 3rd floor) and you have heavy luggage, it will be a struggle when you check in and check out. 2. Free toiletries? It's only shampoo and soap. They have shampoo, body soap and a highly diluted hand soap, and that's it—no toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, conditioner, or body lotion. I suggest that they make this clear in the description. 3. They don't change the bathroom rugs Note that their shower is a half-wall, so the floor without the glass partition will get wet. We stayed there for a week and noticed the rug was getting wetter and soggier as the day went on. Its placement and position were also undisturbed. One day, we decided to take the rug out of its place and put it in a corner of the bathroom to signal to the cleaners that it needed to be changed. When we returned, we had no rug. They did not replace it. They just took it away. 4. They run out of towels. They change the towels daily, but on one day, they gave us one less towel. So I went down to the reception to ask for a towel. He told us that they don't have any more towels and tried to offer me the pool towels that had been sitting outside for who knows how long. How the heck can a hotel run out of towels? It's like a restaurant running out of plates. 5. Questionable cleanliness. Ok, this is the main reason why I am giving this hotel a low rating. I know for a fact that they don't clean the toilet. How do I know this? Well, my son left a poo stain on our first day, and it stayed there for the rest of our stay. That is one whole week. So if they aren't cleaning the toilet, what else aren't they cleaning that they are supposed to?

There are two building, our building is the further one from the reception desk so it’s a little walk across but not far. There’s free top loaded washer but no dryer so if you do your laundry here you need to hang dry them which is a hassle for us so we decided to bring our clothes to the laundromat 7 Min walk away.
-
Close to a lot, reasonable price and friendly/helpful staff.
-
Clean, great pool, amazing staff.

I was in building B it was nice there and the pool is just acros the street where the lobby is, so not that far. The room was clean The pillow was hard and the room was not that sound proof so you could here other people walking in the hall or entering their room
