Close walk to everything and yet secluded with a strong sense of privacy.

Fabulous location, we loved the walk across the bridge into town. Staff were super friendly. Yes the pool is chilly but when its so hot outside it's refreshing! Would definitely stay again if we return to Chiang Mai. Nothing to complain about!

Wonderful location, nice walk to the lively area Loi Kroh street and I walked to Old City in 20 minutes. Many restaurants, shops and hotels on the way.

Comfortable rooms, beautiful pool, excellent staff! Coffee shop nearby! The hose to the bidet/sprayer in our room was very stiff making it a little hard to use.

Lovely pool but water very cold ( January). Friendly staff. Very small bathroom. A bit expensive for what you get. Cold pool and small bathroom

The place was quiet but not too far from town. We could walk across the river, using an old iron bridge, which was very useful. The staff were nice and pleasant, always willing to help. The room, the bed, and the pillows were in excellent condition that made us sleep very well. Breakfast was nice with lots of varieties. We could enjoy our welcome drinks while sitting under a very gigantic old rubber plant, the biggest one I've ever seen in my whole life! nothing

This place was a 10/10. I bet its even better during low season because it off the beaten path, but still accessible to food/shopping. I didn't like the food in the restaurant for dinner.

This is very much a boutique hotel, it is small and friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is very Thai in style which we like and has a lovely pool with very cofortable sun loungers. Breakfast is served in the small restaurant overlooking the garden and pool either undercover or on the open terrace and is of good quality and variety. In the afternoon between 13.00 and 15.00 afternoon tea is served free of charge which is excellent. Finally the staff are wonderful, so friendly and attentive, Bianca being our favourite The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant closes at 8.00pm so no late dinners but this did not spoil our stay which was our second time.

Loved the pool, the staff and the complementary snacks from 1 to 3 pm! The room was very nice, but I would have put a moskito net so we could open the window at night
