Location was excellent in the heart of downtown. Close to everything! Room was comfy, clean and had excellent amenities (tea, snacks, personal hygiene items) everything you could want. Pool was also very nice! Can’t think of anything

Location is fabulous, just walk down to reach the Sunday night market.Next to the house is 711 and sevral tranditional temples. We really had a good stay there. We asked two times to change the bed sheet. that's the only upsetting issue.

The entire stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. It felt like I was staying with family. The location is perfect and the room was well appointed and comfortable. This place is the only place I will stay in Chiang Mai. And give Kuhnoon a big hug for me! I loved everything!

The landscaping was very nice. The place was very quiet especially at night. The breakfast was very nice because they had somethings buffet style and you could order from the menu. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help make your stay better. You can book tours at the office and get recommendations for other activities. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Incredible hospitality from the staff, great breakfast as well. 7-11 right next door and open 24-7 so it’s great for late nights. Highly recommend staying here I would had liked if they had a gym or a sauna

wow! what an amazing spot! Great location, great food, adorable cozy rooms, friendly staff, this place has everything. Privacy, yet access to everything good in Chiang Mai. I will be back to this place! I will recommend this to everyone, this was one of the reasons I fell in love with Chiang Mai! I liked everything.

Good location and friendly staff. No wifi in the room and not able to open the window curtains as people were walking outside all the time. So, it’s like a windowless room. They make a big fuss about towels. They said if the towels are stained, they will charge but the towels themselves are third grade. If they provide luxury towels, I can understand but they are not.

Location was great and breakfast was excellent! Bathroom shower broke, but the staff was quick to fix! The water temperature was a bit fluctuating though.

Perfect location for the amazing Sunday Market — just step outside and you’re there, yet the hotel remains peaceful and quiet. Nice facilities and very helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us with every request. The pool is small but fun, and breakfast is great (though a few more vegan options would be welcome). Overall, highly recommended! A few more vegan options at breakfast — and generally in the hotel’s own restaurant — would be very welcome.
