Amazing location and quiet rooms. The host is incredibly helpful with their knowledge of the city and connections to tours. My trip absolutely improved by staying here Wifi was slow

Location is the best. It was a little dark in the room, because window was directed to another building.

Very good location, very friendly staff, spacious room, so all in all pretty good value for money. Our room window was on the same side with the back of a huge cosmetic shop, where daily lots of deliveries were brought in (from early morning), so always lots of noise. Bathroom was very dark and had poor ventilation.

Location was great! Close to some of the temples and a lot of restaurants. Mae was very helpful in providing recommendations of places to eat and see and helping us get a rental bike. She provided whatever we needed and checked in on us on a daily basis.

First off all the staff was amazing. We got perfect advices and help in all areas we asked about it. We got help by renting a motorbike, they organized everything. The room was very clean and tiny. The location was top! And becides is the best place to eat in Chiang Mai called “It’s good kitchen” ;) everything you need for excellent vacations. -

- Quiet and peaceful surroundings - Owner very helpful with activity recommendations and always available for assistance - The man at the front desk is rude and unprofessional - doesn’t greet guests, keeps eyes glued to phone, showing complete lack of basic courtesy - Owner tracks guest movements and enters rooms without permission to turn off AC and unplug devices, even during brief outings - resulting in uncomfortably hot rooms upon return - Cleanliness issues - cockroach spotted in room

The staff of the property were very helpful and recommending nearby restaurants and activities that complied with my limited three day stay there. I can’t say enough about the location of the property with ancient temple city being less than one minute walk away. The property itself was clean and cozy and quiet and a great value for the price. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere within the old town. The room was clean, big and was very quiet. Big thank you to May, the owner. She is the soul of the hotel. May helped me to arrange my visits, transfers and tours. Many thanks for your hospitality.

The lighting in the room is poor. Although not a problem for us, if you are a large person, the shower may be a bit tight.
