Comfortable beds and nice staff The villas bathrooms didn’t have a door, only a curtain between the room and the living area. There was also no ventilation fan in the bathroom.

We liked the location. We rented a car to travel around, and the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy parking available in front. The hotel itself has a charming and cozy style. We arrived quite late on a cool January night, but the uncle stayed up to wait for us to check in, which we really appreciated. The staff were hospitable, and our room was cleaned daily during our stay. I requested an extra pillow for myself, and they provided it without any issue. The room and décor are a bit worn out. We could clearly hear our neighbors walking upstairs and talking in their room.

Breakfast was OK to good Water went off briefly just as we wanted a shower. We had asked for a balcony room, meaning one which is not on the ground floor.

Wonderful hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom and staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool in centre of hotel can use any time hotel located just off the main road so very quiet relax at pool side, great gardens and balcony areas , excellent bar and restaurant 2 minutes walk from hotel great selection of beers ect and excellent food menu available cooked fresh to order live band most nights well worth visiting, taxi services available if one wishes to travel into city centre nightmarket, bars and restaurants 15 minutes away , airport and bus station only 30 minutes away from hotel The shower was a little unpredictable. Some time goes very hot. For no reason, it's well worth watching out for if kids are around . Have reported fault hopefully fixed now

design and first night upgrade in the family room. communication among staff and helpfulness of the second night staff was poor. ignore and no sense of service or helpful. bed is so soft . it’s like none of the bed is cracked. uncomfortable
