Good location, the room was cozy, good and clean for short stay. The Ac was great and big for fresh food and drinks. Wifi was good. I stayed this place for second time. This time I did not happy with the reception staffs at all. When I arrived I need to wait for checking in about 10 minutes because nobody at the lobby, the maid was showing up and said "a staff went outside for buying drink" (Can staff going outside while working?) It was 2 P.M. not for a lunch break. When she came back just acted like nothing happen. Her sevice was great but please say SORRY because she let the guest waiting for checking in while she went outside for buying drink. (Chiang Mai has many delivery app though) unprofessional. And It happened again when I check out. I checked out about 11:30 A.M. Nobody at the lobby again. So I just droped the keycard at lobby. I don't know why nobody standby at the lobby. Please fix it before it is getting worst.

Drinking water bottled not provided, no tissue box provided, does not have small table beside the bed. The air-con temperature is not consistent, sometimes cold somes very hot....

The room has no any window. And it is super strange that we have to ask them to clean up the room everyday. Normally, a hotel is supposed to clean up the room everyday without being asked unless the guests ask them not to do it. When I was staying, the water pipe leaked out from the other room upstair. When I came back, the water became brown and the hotel did not tell me about this.
