Nice staff and nice place. Bed was uncomfortable and when we started the stay the price in the page was so cheap in comparison with we paid. We would had like a different or better room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, nice theme inside the hotel and a pool on the roof to top it off! Ants tend to find their way into your room, don’t leave food out!

The room was huge and spacious, central location and the rooftop bar and pool was an absolute vibe! Air conditioning in the first room was spitting out water, but then they quickly upgraded us to a nice room!

The staff are fantastic - Zene in particular was always very helpful. Warm and welcoming. Pool area was a little neglected - seemed more like everything was in storage, and didn't feel particularly like somewhere to chill and relax.

The receptionists are friendly and supportive. Breakfast is good and all the waiters and waitresses are really nice. The location is good also, very near the Temple Wat Lok Moli and easy to go to many coffee shop in the Center of Chiangmai

It was overall good but only weird thing was that the toilet is located literally inside the shower so when you tale a shower, everything will be wet afterwards

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool tiles needed a good clean. The white pool lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. There was no shade at the pool. There should be a power point where the kettle is situated.

The size of the room plus the bathtub and the pool The overpriced cocktails at the skybar and the restaurant does not have lactose free milk or a variety such soya milk , as a consequence the breakfast was not good enough for me.

Breakfast was American style and local Thai food, which was very good. You can also order an omelet. It is a 7-minute walk north of Chang Phuk Gate, so it is adjacent to the night market, and it was very convenient to go to the Old City, Tha Phae Gate, and Nimman Haemin. I received a pool towel every day and went swimming every evening, and I really liked the well-maintained and pretty rooftop pool. The staff I met during my 4-night stay were always friendly and quick to respond, so I was really happy. The room I used on the first day had a bit of moldy smell from the air conditioner, but they changed the room and I was able to stay comfortably.
