Good location. If room is facing the main road, very noisy throughout night. We had to ask for change of room.

The soundproof is not good. Can hear next door noise. Bed is too hard for me.

Large room, comfy mattress and bedding, good A/C, enclosed hot shower, fridge, electric kettle. Free breakfast until 10 am but I always missed it. Nice pool that I never used. Located at Tha Phae Gate inside the old city square. Great staff and service. A legit good hotel and room.

Staff was especially pleasant and the location is the best Front room noisy at traffic time.

When I made reservations I asked for 2 beds. Confirmed reservations then got email stating 2 beds not available. Not the way to do business.

The staff at the lobby was great! The room cleaning folks also wonderful. Front desk staff was also very accomadating The breakfast was never hot, many times the chicken dishes had NO chicken. When I told staff, he did not seem very receptive to hearing there was no chicken left! Cold waffles and cold french toast is like cardboard.Last day no hot water for shower. The price has continued to go up.

The location is very convenient. The food is excellent, and the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Location was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful and considerate. Airport pickup service was timely and convenient and comfortable. Everything was fine.

Location was good I arrived at 12 noon and was told I could not check in until after 2pm,even though the rooms were ready a long time before then.Also hangars in the room are on clips which is old fashioned and guests have to wait until the Housekeeping staff check the room before one can depart the hotel which doesn't show much trust for guests and is very old fashioned, as the hotel has the ID details of all guests so being made to wait is inconvenient and not good in this day and age.

1. The fridge was not hooked up to the rest of the power so when you take the card out of the little power holder, the fridge stayed on. So nice to keep things cold 2. Plenty of power. Both sides of the bed and elsewhere 3. Large fluffy bath towels. 4. Nice pressure for the shower. 5. They had a workshop for making lanterns and krathongs. So much fun! 6. Wonderful breakfast!! 7. Hugh comfortable bed. 8. Great location. Right across the street from one of the gates with many things to do within walking distance. These are little things but would help making the stay even better 1. There were no washcloths. Not a big deal but would have been nice 2. There was no place by the sink to hang the hand towels. Again, no big deal but would be nice to have a place to hang them after washing your hands.
