I really liked the facilities—the common area is charming, and the location is in a great spot. The in-room facilities are very cute. The nearest tourist attraction is Phae Gate, making it a convenient spot for sightseeing. I stayed during Songkran, so the road was very lively and popular during the festival. The room size is a bit small and narrow, and since I stayed on the third floor where there is no lift, it might not be very convenient if you have large luggage.

It was in the PERFECT part of town where everything was walkable. Three cute local coffee shops with 5-7 min walking distance. Staff were amazing and so helpful, staff at night to make doors are closed from the outside. Keypad to get into dorm area, super safe!

With a very good location!!!!!!!!! Nice stuff very helpful Really recommend and affordable place to stay for a couple of days The shower was absolutely bad because he water was very little Also I just couldn’t sleep at the bed..

Location, Could be cleaner!! And better room doors, room but moldy and no window dark, but expensive for what it is.

The location is absolutely amazing! Just on the old city square shape, making it easy to leave the city too for daytrips. Can be a bit noisy when there’s celebrations outside. Plenty of good breakfast option nearby, as well as the 7-11. Would recommend!

The room was exactly what I needed! It was close to the old town and just a short walk away from the night market. Everything was so easy to access, and when I wanted to travel further to see the temples and the other amazing tours of Chiang Mai , the reception staff were extremely helpful in organising these days out for me. Nothing!! The hotel itself was perfect for what I needed!

Great location, stunning mountain views (from superior deluxe rooms) stylish room decor, nice quality bedlinen. Very clean, helpful staff. Good value. Depends on your priorities, East gate can be noisy, even from the 4th floor. We use earplugs so sleep wasn’t a problem, but beds were uncomfortable. Shower pressure and heat variable. 4 floors of stairs with no lift. Although we had help with our luggage and the hotel did pre-warn us prior to our arrival. Not much storage space if you’re staying a while. (2 drawers & Only a Hat stand for clothes).

The cleanest hotel we have been at in Thailand. At no point did we feel gross or icky- small touches like bin liners, sandals, it just all felt really nice, clean, renovated and spotless. We also really liked the design of our room, it was very aesthetically pleasing and modern. The streets get loud sometimes, but thats just Thailand.
