My air conditioner had issues but they eventually brought someone to service it

2. There is a small park near the hotel 3. the vintage style The facilities in room 207 are very terrible as follows: 1. The light is very low 2. All the electrical outlets are loose, and can not plug the charger in to use 3. The air conditioner is so bad, it was not cool even though I adjusted the temperature down to 18 Celsius, sometimes it blew hot wind, and it made the room suffocating 4. The sink drain is leaking, constantly wetting the floor. 5. When I checked in, the room wasn't cleaned properly; they even stuffed trash into the locker, and inside, there was still a partially torn, unused condom.

The staff at the reception is absolutely amazing, super friendly and will do anything to help you with any requests. The room is basic, but the bed is comfy and we had a nice stay :)

Great service from all front desk staff. Rooms were basically clean. Breakfast was fine. Some green space around the hotel was nice to experience at breakfast. The room was dated and dark. Our washroom was suffering from disrepair at the sink and shower with no hot water. The air conditioner was noisy. There was no safe in the room. They are essential for electronics and passport storage. Shower towels were frayed and very aged.

the place feels old and there is no elevator! Our room was in the third floor, and we had to carry our luggage up ourselves in the stairs.

Great place to stay.It is right the heart of Old Town Chiang Mai in walking distance from temples and the Chiang Mai night market.

Breakfast was on time. The room was good and comfortable. Location is the best. The room was quite spacious though a little outdated.

Room is clean and has been kept clean everyday. Location is away from main traffic so it's considered quite quiet in general. Room is spacious enough with a nice little outdoor garden. Hotel is also easy to find and isn't too far from all the usual night markets. Staff is always polite and smiley. I would return to this hotel the next time i come back to chiangmai again. nothing

The place had a great location within a walking distance to beautiful temples and restaurants. The garden room was comfortable and cozy. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We were happy staying there and we recommend this place.
