We didn't like the fact that there is no safe in the room, the water heater wasn't working very well and the hot water were on really thin stream. We didn't like that the reception is working until 6pm and then when you need something is on Whatsapp. We paid on breakfast that was very, very poor (bread, toaster, butter and jam).

I didn't like that from 6pm there is no one at the hostel. Although they are communicating on Whatsapp. The breakfast was awful, some bread, with butter and jam, the coffee was no good at all. At the bathroom the hot water was very difficult to adjust with the heater.

The location was within walking distance from all of the places we wanted to see. The room was large and laid out perfectly. At first the staff seemed unengaged but later in the stay, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. This was the first place during our visit to Thailand and Vietnam where the water temperature was perfect and adjustable so this was fantastic. The breakfast offered was very little and amounted to toast but honestly, we didn't come for the breakfast so please plan accordingly.

Staff is helpful though their English is limited Not an unpleasant experience, but not much of a "hostel" feeling. I am not the backpacker chatty type, but the overall atmosphere felt pretty dry. Breakfast is really average.

The hostel is great. It’s marvel theme, has a cool lobby where you can watch something on the tv, and center of city. The rooms are clean and so are bathrooms. You can do laundry there. Staff is super nice. The beds are too hard! Not even like regular mattress bed. It’s so hard, I can’t sleep. Hardest bed I been on in all of asia. Like it’s not me be delicate, it literally too hard. But the staff moved to a bed with a extra thin mat on it. Still hard, but at least I could sleep.

The room is clean and comfortable to stay. The neighborhood is quite to sleep. The staff is polite. They helped us to join an elephant tour. The location is walking distance from some restaurants, cafes and Seven Eleven. Breakfast, minimum items like a bread and coffee are available only.

Mattress is hard as a rock. Only complaint

1) Breakfast is just bread and jam. Expected some fresh food. 2) no lift in the property. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and thankfully we didn't have much luggage to carry.

Sweat smell in sleeping room, but that was because of other Travellers, not necessarily the hostel itself.
