location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of the old city and very rich and varied breakfast Very small room and no possibility to open a window, no chair and wardrobe to store clothes and suitcases, the safe box didn't even work.

Great location . Room was small but newly remodelled and comfortable. They tried to charge me 300 thb for a second room key, so both myself and my partner had access to the room. The room. Is clinical and basic, but clean and small.

Room was right next door to and overlooked a building site. Noisy work started before 8am and with an uncomfortable bed little sleep was had. Only ended up staying one night as couldn’t have suffered another night in there.

Location is really good, about a block from bars and restaurants, two from the Sunday Night Market, and a few from Tha Pae Gate. Very quiet hotel and clean, staff are accommodating. Bed are definitely on the harder spectrum, shower pressure is slightly weak and hot water is lacking, (but maybe I was not able to control it correctly)
