Hotel is nice. location is very convenience. Staffs were not as friendly.
-
The breakfast and the happy hour were convenient and fun.
-
Embassy suites refused to give us a refund or credit when our flight was cancelled due to inclement weather
-
Close to everything. Parking etc.

Great!
-
We stayed for just one night, a quick trip to see the Chicago Fire vs Portland Timbers match and this location was perfect for us to explore the city.
-
The pool was much warmer this year. My family loves the free breakfast and the free happy hour is perfect as you get ready for evening activities.
-
We enjoyed our stay. The location is walkable to most of the loop’s attractions and close to the train and bus stops. Breakfast is topnotch and the evening snacks and drinks amenity is one of its kind.
-
Excellent location, staff were helpful and polite, evening reception was great and property was very well maintained
-
Great location and solid rooms. The pool is a little older and the happy hour starts a little later than other Embassy Suites, but still excellent value for the price. Make sure to leave plenty of time for breakfast since it’s very busy and not the easiest to navigate.
-
Great location, breakfast is always great, this is our go to place in Chicago. Also, it is close to public transportation.

The parking was valet only, unless you wanted to park at a paid lot nearby. I initially balked at the valet cost until I realized that for in-out privileges, this was a steal for the area. The room was clean and well stocked. The fridge and AC were ice cold and in perfect working order. I loved that there was a restaurant on the first floor and that adults got a voucher to get a free drink at the bar during happy hour for each night of their stay (We used neither since we have tiny humans, but I would have done both in their absence!) The staff was kind and accommodating where they could be. Don't expect to get a super early check-in (we arrived 6 hours earlier than expected) but you can get in an hour or two early for a fee. Overall this was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel, pool was very disappointing though

This is a fantastic place for families that saves money on Ubers and/or driving back and forth from hotels that are 30 min outside the city. We thought it was perfect except 1) The rooms could use larger trash cans and trash management. The community trash cans near the elevators were always overfilled. 2) Our 10-year-old would really like to see a waffle iron at the complimentary breakfast. Little things. Overall the property was very very clean and we were very very happy.

Excellent rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant at the lobby is great. The breakfast could be better.

We took our 11yr old grandson for a Birthday trip to Chicago and choose this hotel due to the fact we have always loved Embassy. It did not disappoint. Breakfast was so wonderful and filling. The evening reception was also very nice. The staff worked hard to keep everything full and looking great. Our room was very nice, and they brought up a blanket for the pull-out sofa. My grandson said it was the most comfortable one he has ever slept on. (he is picky) I would say the best part for me was not having to worry about my luggage before and after checking in and out. They were so great about storage in a safe place for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay while we were visiting your city.
