The location is very good!
-
Very small room but they were able to check us in early which was nice. Great location

Stayed in a queen sized bed room with my dogs. There is an undisclosed pet fee of $75 that this listing does not include. The room smelled musty, had a leaky sink, flickering lights, a toilet that ran after flushing and then didnt flush, the bedside lamp had a frayed cord, the ac control did not work. This room had no refrigerator and no coffee machine. The only redeeming quality was the location. The $50 security deposit takes 7-10 days to get back (still waiting). The staff told me contacting them via this third party app also takes days so what is the point?

Mediocre facility, service, amenities. Useful location. Not over-inflated rates.

When we first arrived we were given a room that did not have a working light. After working it out with management we were given a new room. This room had clearly not been cleaned beforehand and was incredibly uncomfortable. The next day we took up the issue of cleanliness with the staff. They did change out the stain ridden sheets, but there was still dirt all over the floor and the trash had not been emptied from whoever stayed there last. We were also promised two free breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience and never received those. We told the front desk we did not have the vouchers and they told us to look again because they were definitely there. We did not see those vouchers our entire trip. Overall the staff was pretty unhelpful and the conditions of the room were abysmal. I would not recommend staying here.

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, but the curtains on the beds were dirty. They did not look like they had ever been washed. The elevator was having an issue at the time, but the staff and manager worked to fix it. Other than that, it was close to the CTA, and some great restaurants. The parking was convenient to the hotel and clearly explained.

Nastiest hotel I’ve stayed at. Moldy shower, dusty floors, and stuff under the bed.
-
Rooms needed cleaning. A/C unit needs tuning. No soap or shampoo in shower.
-
Had a great stay other than there being no extra rolls of toilet paper in the room
-
Incredibly helpful staff, absolutely no complaints there! I only wish there was some sort of microwave and/or fridge in the room. Also king bed room felt very small, but it was inexpensive so it was worth it

Good option for solo traveller

I didn't know the policy. Staff didn't come to clean the bathroom and there was no hand soap and shampoo.

I’ve stayed here previously and really enjoyed myself due to he location, I just had an unfortunate incident this time around I have strong reason to believe my room was entered and my credit card and some cash stolen during the night, I reported charges for fraud after a large charge was made

The staff were efficient and helpful and had great suggestions for things to see in the area. I stayed in one of the 4 bed quads, and while the room could def use a fresh coat of paint the room was exactly what I wanted I.e a cheap place to stay one night in Chicago

Overall it was nice. Staff were lovely and lobby was beautiful. The rooms were a little rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. Overall a lovely stay.

Great location! In the center of basically everything. Building is old and not as kept up but didn’t bother me.

We left for about eight hours and our room had not been cleaned despite requesting so.
