Great place with great people

El hotel en general ofrece un buen servicio a los huéspedes. El personal es atento y el desayuno es variado, con buenas opciones. Sin embargo, un aspecto que considero importante destacar es que las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, lo que puede resultar un poco incómodo, especialmente si viajas con varias maletas o para una estadía de varios días. Aun así, en términos generales, tuvimos una buena experiencia.

Excellent location for the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and the Chicago Riverwalk. Rooms were a little small but they have everything and let’s face it, you are not staying here to lounge in your hotel room.

Our room was clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, etc. The room was on the small side, maybe 10’ x 10’. Looking at our room and having an opportunity to see the room next to it, I’d guess they took a larger room/suite and divided it into two rooms. The two bathrooms were back to back between the bedroom/sleeping areas. We could hear the louder, knocking around and bathroom shower/toilet noises in our room. We didn’t have hot water for two days - it took two requests to get it serviced. The room contained a bed and a desk with an office/desk chair. The hotel desk staff was very nice. They had a doorman, occasionally and sporadically. Perhaps someone had just left their employment and this gentleman worked his shift which left one shift open??? The elevator works well and was pretty quick. It’s a great location for visiting and seeing Navy Pier, Miracle Mile, and the northern tourist attractions - easy walking distance. You will need a cab to get down to the Bean/Cloud, the fountain, the museum of history, art museum, and aquarium. You will also need a cab to reach the Willis tower and China Town. Breakfast was typical hotel food.

The location to all things downtown was amazing! We had a very clean room, it was very small, I wish there was somewhere to sit besides the bed and no mini fridge!!

Its an old property (built in the 1920's I believe), very small rooms, awkward angles. Room never got cool. Gym is the size of a closet. Breakfast was decent.

Overall it was a great stay. The room was small but expected due to the location. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. They had breakfast which was exceptional and the seating area was good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean. Location is central and perfect for getting around.

Loved the hotel location, central, easy to reach many places and great restaurants nearby. Older property, would have preferred an easier way to enter up the front steps-ramp?

It was a great Stay. The hotel was centrally located. It was clean and adequate. The bed was comfortable. The room was on the smaller side but other than that perfect. Included Breakfast was excellent!

The hotel itself was nice and the location is great. But the rooms are small because of the building been an old original and one of the elevators were out, which made it difficult.

Pros were the location is top tier. I loved the view from my room. Convenience of parking in the garage coming and going as please was amazing. Cons I noticed weird nats or 3 bugs (extremely tiny) crawling on my bed in the middle of the night. Couple of other Cons as well but I rather not discuss. Hotel bellhop extremely helpful and courteous! Enjoyed the complimentary peppermints.

Room is very small and paid 679$ for 2 nights

My room was a little small, which wasn’t a major issue because it was just me, but could be difficult with another person. Breakfast was consistent, but without variation, at least during my three mornings there. Outside of that, everything was great.
