The queen size bed was so small more like a full size. I had to request another room which the receptionist took care of right away and upgraded to king size bed which was actually a queen size to me. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would recommend would be eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes included in the breakfast. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful.

I love that the property wasn’t too far from a lot of places. We walked almost everyday. Good bars in the area, shopping area close by. Decent location

The front lobby and outside hotel lounge were dirty. The breakfast was good and staff were nice.

Nice area close to everything within walking distance! Exceptional staff members! We arrived earlier than the normal check in time! That being said, Ashley and Beverly were able to check us in early and give us directions to certain places in the area. My wife and I told them that we would definitely mention their names Rooms were very spacious which also comes with a kitchenette and microwave for heating and reheating food!

Breakfast was burnt each day. Never once received room service even when asked

This was a horrible hotel and we will not stay there again. Our room was not ready at 6:30 PM. The person at the counter did not give us any options except to take all our luggage to the parking garage 2.5 blocks away and haul it all back to the hotel. We paid for a king bed but were given a double. Multiple breakfast items were out of stock both days. Elevators were slow, it took a long time to get one, and they were often full with a sign saying only six people per elevator. The room itself was clean and the fitness center was above average were the only positives.

The door to my room was open when I arrived, and while it was clean enough, there were not sufficient towels or toiletries in the room. There was no hand soap or lotion, and the towels that were there were very thin. I received a text asking about my check in and if I needed anything, I responded that I wanted more towels. No one responded. The hotel doesn't clean the rooms on a daily basis. I asked the front desk agent to clean the room every other day, and he first was like "you can call us" and then he said he'd put it on my reservation that I wanted the room cleaned every other day. I'm not sure if that happened or not, because I decided to leave. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds at a hotel I've stayed in, and after one night, I decided that I couldn't go four days without adequate sleep. This room was non refundable, so I ended up having to pay anyway. There are a lot of options for a hotel in Chicago. I would advise you to look elsewhere.
