Motel 6 Villa Park, IL - Chicago West

I was not able to stay here due to water flooding in the bathroom and no door padlock. There were no more room available so I went somewhere else.

Love this hotel but this last visit, the toilet was leaking around the bottom. My brother was told to hurry and check out and he used towels to clean the floor and was told he can never return. He really liked this hotel and the staff and is saddened that he cannot return.

Staff was friendly Room smelt like cigarette smoke and so did the check in lobby. Actually entire place smelled

When I arrived the lady staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, our room door looked like it had been kicked in, and the guest next door was arguing like cats and dogs into the early morning hours the police were called. Pricey room for low class environment.

The property is what you get what you pay. The cigarettes smoke lingering in the room from people smoking right outside the room. The walls were dirty, the floor was uneven and definitely popping up from the ground. There were roaches in the bathroom. They did offer a huge grass area for the dogs which was nice and dogs were not charged more for staying with us. It was a decent neighborhood close to everything. The staff was a mixed of very nice to very unpleasant. Overall a mid stay.

Nothing about this place is a drug dealer, addicts,the room was not well secured,flyes all over the room,135,137, on 7/30/26 to8/1/26, MICROWAVE didn't work nor refrigerator which we payed,40.00 extra my car bumper was stolen at this location,THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRE PLUS HOUSE KEEPER'S REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK THIS IS A RIP OFF IN ALL WAYS Everything, NOTHING about this place is safe,drug dealer everywhere drug users,unclean rooms 135,137,beds unsafe,My car bumper was stolen from this place,staff unprofessional,this a rip off refund my money

Checked in with no issues. Got to the room and there was a squished bug on the non-carpeted floor. There was also some kind of goo along the wall on the floor. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose. There was a gap between the floor and the bottom of the front door that could let all manner of creatures in probably. The bed was made and there wasn't any trash in the room, but the room seemed old and not well-maintained. I would not sleep in a room at this hotel again.

Location Cockroaches in the bathroom, toilet was not properly working (leakages), dirty room. Really awful and can’t believe it has 3 stars, should be zero. You should remove it from booking.com. I won’t be using booking.com anymore due to this terribly hotel listed in your app. Really awful.
