Awesome location. Good bar and restaurant
-
Noisy, unclean room with ample space. Stayed in a one-bedroom suite on 11th floow for three nights. Room was quite spacious with adequate amenities. However, the noise and cleanliness were awful. Every syllable of every conversation, phone call and argument could be heard from the hallway and adjactent rooms. Not to mention the constant street noise. Thick white dust was caked on the HVAC vents, and sometimes as little balls on the walls and fixtures. Little spatters of brown on doors. Wallpaper peeling from wall. Toilet tank screeching every time it refilled. Dank lighting, even during the day. One needs to take two seperate elevators to get between room and lobby. Four-star price for a sub-two-star experience.

We LOVED our stay at the OMNI! It was in a great location, the breakfast was great and the staff was amazing! We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Chicago!

If you are in Chicago for shopping you cannot beat the location of the Omni. Right on Michigan Avenue in the center of shopping, eating, and entertainment it is tough to top.

Hotel staff, restaurant and doormen were awesome.

I liked how clean and nice everything was.

Todo el personal muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. Si estas hospedado niños menores de 10 años no pagan comida. Personal de valet parking muy amables también.
-
Great location, friendly staff, great space. The only turn off was the filthy carpet and the shower/tub.
-
Great location and around so many restaurants and stores! Clean hotel and friendly staff.
-
Very good
-
The rooms are a little outdated, which was surprising considering the high rating. The shower filled up with water and the curtain was old and smelly.
-
Great location. Easy access to transportation.
-
Loved the location, quality of the room,(especially the bed and shower), and room size. Upset to find out at checkout that there was a $28 per nite "destination fee" when I thought I paid for the room in full through Expedia.

Great stay!

Good location and excellence in accommodating your needs as always

The breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed the restaurant experience. My room was spacious and housekeeping did a great job cleaning daily.

Very nice staff. The suite was very spacious, but make note that it’s two full beds which are small and not the most comfortable to share. Beds a little hard, but pillows were nice. The location is great for convenience of Michigan Ave, but also VERY loud with sirens ALL day and night, in addition to loud car noises echoing off buildings. We didn’t try the restaurant or use fitness center, so can’t comment on those amenities.

The location was amazing! Staff was helpful! Bartender was super nice!
