Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

Conveniently located but no free parking plus the parking fees seems to be rather high. Breakfast was good. Overall I was happy to be here.

The hotel is centrally located. It was the perfect location. We walked everywhere and only had to take alternative transportation once during our 4 day stay.

It’s clean

The staff was very nice and so was valet staffing. Loved the location as far as being able to walk to shopping and several food places. Pulling up to the hotel is a little crazy and small but we managed. They do need to get new carpet and more snacks/food options in lobby. Mezzanine area for breakfast was a mess and busy. But I would stay there again.

Super clean amazing view and the best location! Came for work, definitely coming back for a personal trip!

It was a good stay, except there were challenges with getting an elevator. Sometimes you had to wait a while, which was a little frustrating at times otherwise it was a good room, clean, and the breakfast was good.

Very well kept hotel. Not new or recent remodeled, but very clean. Location is phenomenal!!! The adjacent parking garage is a plus and the staff were very efficient.

Very nice stay. Clean. Breakfast was very good. Had a little hiccup with housekeeping but the manager Darnell took care of it. Very professional with a kindness and thoughtfulness

it was quiet in the rooms, breakfast hours were good, and breakfast was fine the lobby was very hot, the music was loud, pool which is on the website was closed, the elevators would take 2 to 3 tries to get on, they were all very full so average time on to get elevator was 15-20 minutes this wouldn't have been an issue but the people were cranky and hot

Solid hotel in walking distance to the beach, magnificent mile, river walk, boat tours - staff friendly and helpful
