Clean room and location

The room had awful WiFi service. Had there’s to many flys.

Amazing hotel with very spacious room. Great location close to main attractions of Chicago (Chicago river wallboard, Navy Pier, Millenium Park, Magnificent Mile, etc) to a walking distance and super close to public transportation (buses, metro). Price reasonable for the value. Recommended for everyone that wants to enjoy the amazing city of Chicago.

They had everything you needed in a downtown hotel. Bar, breakfast area, gym, very close to everything. Had a great stay.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of most attractions or a train station to get you there. Bring earplugs as the hotel is across the street from the Northwest Heart hospital and you will be kept awake by sirens as some unfortunate soul is rushed in. Double-glazing is ineffective.

The hotel is very well-located and has an interesting retro character from the exterior--in fact I remember the hotel from the '60's. Unfortunately, this is not carried through to the interior. The lounge is small and stuffy, as are the rooms.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Lots of shopping and food within 5-10 minute walk. A/C worked like a charm

Super easy check in on the 2nd floor, staff was all amazing. I saw a bad review about the small rooms but honestly it was perfect for myself and my boyfriend we loved the room it was so vintage and beautiful and clean. we were only there to sleep so the size doesn’t matter. the bed was comfy, shower was big and easy walking to everywhere. Really no complaints

Hairs in my bed, long black hairs in my shower. My kids room smelled damp and only after a lot of complaining did we get a different room. Won't go back there location

The room was huge and the king size bed was comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean. There was only noises from outside (normal city noise) and the pipes made some noise but it wasn’t bad. The location was PERFECT. walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Chicago.
