Lovely boutique hotel. Clean and quiet room. Great location.

A terrific location near the market in the Teatro Massimo with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed for a short stay.

I was given a room right next to the elevator with a bad smell. I called to complain about the odor, and staff told me the hotel was full. Later, they called me back and asked me to come down to the front desk. When I went, I felt cornered by the night manager, who repeatedly questioned why I had filed a complaint instead of calling. I explained I had already been told the hotel was full, so there was no point going back down. I felt pressured and uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. Beyond that, both rooms I stayed in had extremely dirty furniture. The sofa, bathroom, and carpet were all visibly stained and worn. Housekeeping staff did a good job, but the overall condition of the property was poor. The gym is barely worth calling one. It's tiny, with equipment that clearly hasn't been maintained. Overall, a frustrating stay with poor conditions and unprofessional handling of a legitimate complaint.

The location of this hotel is great. It is in walking distance of a lot of great shops and food. However, it is very noisy. You can hear everything outside as well as the other guests conversation in the halls. All day and night the emergency sirens are blaring. It was a hard to sleep sometimes.

A great location, perfect for shopping and eating. Some small areas the bathrooms are very small whereas the rooms are super large.. the toilets are very low and the bath towels small.

Great location, kind staff. Rooms a bit dated and small, but priced right. No complaints!

We had such a great time at the Warwick! It was so nice. The only reason I scored low on the staff is because one of our stay days, we asked the gal about a beach, what it would be called or if we should call an uber and the gal literally rolled her eyes and said she didn’t know where the beach was. She started to Google it and we were on MAPS, but there were multiple and we just wanted to know the name. We felt like we were asking her to move mountains and when I said we’d just call an Uber and figure it out she said “good, because I don’t know”. I understand that she’s not our travel agent or babysitter but we literally asked one question. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and giggled every time we walked into our room because we’d never seen such a small room!!!

Close to everything in downtown...

I loved its location, and my room was nice. The bar was a bit pricey but elegant and quiet and, of course, quite convenient.

It is a well kept beautiful place to stay. The lobby bartender is a master of customer service and kindness!

Room smelt of smoke and was noisy. Some of the noise is understandably due to very busy street outside but the hotel lifts also made a lot of noisy and noise insulation in the room was not great. Room itself was clean and had everything needed but basic. The additional ~$25 fee per night is an absolute scam. The apparent additional inclusions of the Business center/computer access and fitness center access were not made clear to me and there were no signposts to these in the hotel. Housekeeping, basic coffee, and a room safe should be standard and not cost extra. Overall I would say only book this hotel if it is significantly cheaper than alternative in the area as I think there are much better options out there.

Clean room, bar and lobby very nice. We stay here often. Has very convenient location.

The only thing I didn’t like was how long it took for the elevators and how tiny they were. Also the bellhop took forever but otherwise it’s a really nice place and the room was lovely
