Tidy hotel room but I found a cockroach in the washroom the day I was checking out.

Location was great. Cleaning days were arbitrary and not at all every other day. We went three days without the room being cleaned at a point. Breakfast is quite limited. Be ready to wait at least for 15 minutes for the elevator in the morning.

Location is great, close to most of the tourist spot, within walking distance, and bus stops are easily accessible. Many Restaurants nearby and plenty of options to choose from. Chipotle is just a door away. Safe to walk around at night while most of the shops are open. Our room was spacious. As most of the parking garages in the area it's pricey I guess. I think because it's a busy area, there's a wait time for elevator use. The breakfast buffet options are minimal, but it'll do if you're not picky in the morning. The pool was closed. With its proximity to the hospital, some nights the ambulance sirens are non stop, but didn't bother us, we slept the night away anyway from all the activities nearby.

Our room was a downgrade. We were located next to a staff maintenance room that was loud. Our air conditioning didn’t work.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A kitchenette and cooking equipment were provided. The air conditioning works well. Rooms are cleaned regularly. We had an iron, an ironing board, and a walk-in closet. You can leave your luggage after checking out. Keep in mind the incidental charge, which is held on your card. Breakfast was fine. There is a rather long wait for the elevators, especially during breakfast.

Staff was pleasant, and the location was great. But the hotel was outdated and not well maintained. Our first room, someone had to come 3 times to fix the air conditioner, after the 3rd time we had to switch rooms, which is always annoying. Plus, the handle had to pushed up, now down for the door to open. Also, I’m a gym person, and there gym was poor. Only had dumbbells up to 45 pounds, no treadmill. Breakfast was ok at best.

Our room was sold to someone else despite calling the property to confirm our 7 night stay and advise them we would be arriving in the early morning. The pool is being renovated which there is no mention of on the property website or Expedia. Cleaning is done at a minimum, we found lots of items left behind like old food under the sofa, and right under the table, a vape near the bed. There was a lot of accumulated dust on the bathroom floor not just the corners. The kitchen isn't even useful because it didn't have any pots or pans, just mini containers to store food. Our air conditioner didn't work, we were given a box fan.

The hotel was great, very close to our needs, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful!!

Hotel was everything we needed for our stay and walking distance to everything!
