Great staff but uncomfortable bed and bedding. Super loud in the room next door and took an hour to have someone get up there and stop the massive noise at 2am. Great location and nice hotel but not if you need good sleep.

The room however was really bad, run down, broken furniture, holes in sheets. Shocked honestly. In speaking with other guests on elevator/ my experience was similar to theirs. Really unfortunate. I let staff know - zero follow up or care. I’ll not be back.

The air conditioner in our room was very loud. The mini-refrigerator light was flashing the entire time we were there. We did not receive clean towels on our second day, or any cleaning.

The hotel itself is beautiful and is in an amazing neighborhood. Being an older hotel, the walls are pretty thin. There was a group in the room next to us that was up all night partying and we could hear everything. 😫 There was no fridge in our room and no mirror outside of the bathroom so I would recommend bringing your own if there is more than one of you getting ready. Aside from these factors, I would stay here again.

The valet staff were excellent. The breakfast and drink vouchers make the hotel a great value. The breakfast is better than most hotels offer. The hotel is conveniently located to get to walking tours and other downtown attractions. Hotel staff are dedicated to meeting guest needs.

The room was sizable and comfortable. Good pressure in the shower. Room stayed cool. Convenient location.

Nice hotel, great location. I think that was the fastest check in that I’ve ever experienced. Room was spacious. When I walked in, room was muggy but maintenance came right up and cooled it quickly. Restaurant/bar area is nice!
