Always love staying at the Viceroy.
-
The staff here is amazing! We don’t stay anywhere else in Chicago.

Room was not ready at check in time. Phone in room did not work. We asked for a roll away bed for our grandson and was told that we could not get a roll away because it is a fire hazard. Roll away shows up after we sent our grandson home. No late check out offered. This hotel is poorly managed.

They hit you with the ridiculous resort fee extra charge when you check out. Dirty play, $25 extra dollars per night. Deceitful

Location was great - awesome roof top bar The beds/mattresses and bedding were terrible
-
Amazing location, room was great, very clean and spacious and the staff were brilliant. The bar wasn’t open late and the roof bar didn’t open til 5. Showers weren’t easy to regulate temperature
-
Location to food and other activities on the mile was great! The rodents outside of the front in the evening.
-
The rooms are large and well thought out and as a tall person everything is tall. The tv, armoire w beverage center and large soaking tub. The bed is like sleeping on air and the temperature is perfect there are only a few rooms on each floor so it is quiet and no wait for elevator
-
$900 a night and no complementary snacks or parking. Nothing special about this place.

Incredible stay - we ordered a Grand King room and ended up with a One Bedroom Lake View Suite. Pure luxury in all 3 rooms. Great views including a sliver of Lake Michigan. The staff was super kind - thank Brady for helping us off the street in a flash with our huge cart full of bags. Swam in the rooftop pool every morning and were the only ones in there. The Somerset restaurant was great - loved the potatoes. Separate to-go coffee bar was clutch. No parking or vehicle entryway, but the bellhop service on the curb was excellent. We ended up using spot hero to find a cheaper lot on the block that was around $40/day.
