Beautiful hotel with great dyptique amenities

I’ve spent my birthday and/or mother’s day at the Langham for the last few years. I’m always impressed by the service and staff members. They definitely go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable! The hotel is immaculately clean and wonderfully decorated. I can’t begin to describe how awesome the spa is. So relaxing and beautiful!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Langham. Staff and service were outstanding and our view of the Chicago River was excellent. We were on the fifth floor, so did hear a lot of traffic noise, but didn’t bother us. Not unusual since we were downtown in The Loop. Got a lot of use from the heated pool. Definitely top tier and the $40 per day Expedia credit made it much better with ordering room service and use of the in room mini bar. Prime location and close to Michigan Avenue. If you plan to visit Chicago, then I would definitely consider staying here.

The Langham is a gorgeous hotel, and the staff is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Alex Loudermilk was especially helpful throughout our stay. Can't wait to come back.

Almost everything was exceptional in the hotel. The location is great but getting to the hotel by car or leaving was very difficult and GPS instructions were confusing or wrong. That was the only disagreeable experience.

Absolutely amazing! Loved our stay and felt completely pampered by the staff and the spa was exceptional as well.

The hotel architecture is magnificent. The location is perfect. The views of the river is surreal. We were given a Handicap Room. We don't require such accommodations and consequently, we didn't like our room.

Bar has great food and drinks!

I have stayed at 5-star hotels before, but our stay here was exceptional thanks to the staff and amenities. The kids-suite, pool, club lounge, turn-down service, food, and more exceeded pur expectations. We will be back!

Exceptional

This Hotel was amazing and within walking distance from everything. The farthest we had to walk was a mile but it didnt even fill like a mile with all the things to do and see. This is the only hotel that I have ever stayed in that cleans room twice a day. You will not be disappointed, very pricey but very worth it.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Chicago on the river. The hotel staff are fabulous! We stayed on the club level and liked it very much. The club room has beverages and food items all day. The view over and down the river is spectacular. Highly recommend the hotel.

Exceptional

My friend and I stayed for her bachelorette day celebration, it was both of our first time at The Langham. We both loved our stay and would absolutely return in the future. I've stayed in many hotels and the staff here really take it to another level, and in a way that feels genuine. Some hotels really know how to hire people who sincerely want to help others create special moments, and we really felt that at The Langham. It is hard to really enjoy this place in one day, but that just means we'll have to return soon! Thank you, Langham Staff.
