Location I have stayed in Auckland Fable - it has beautiful decor, spacious rooms so I was disappointed to find the chch fable was a very small room, plain decor, chipped wall paint, leaking shower; nothing like the Auckland fable brand - which is why I booked it.

The room was not styled like it was in the photos. There were no blankets or pillows on the bed. The hallways also need some maintenance.

Again, easiest of check in check out process. Quiet rooms and very very clean. For access for everything in the city it’s the best location.

Hotel in excellent location with everything close. Sound proofed room with mini bar and toiletries. Wonderful friendly staff.

The staff at Reception were all very professional, kind and very ready to assist. The room service was great, the fact that I had all the information I needed provided at hand. Breakfast was also awesome Nothing

We loved the location, view of the mountains from our room was nice. Staff was nice and helpful and everything was relatively modern. The lifts were slow and took forever to come and the room could do with fresh paint job as things looked unfinished
