Everything about our stay was great. From check in to check out we were extremely happy with this hotel and the lovely staff. The location is a short walk along the river to the main center and botanic gardens and the bus to the airport is across the road. Super convenient. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and modern. Well situated to the city centre, with a short walk to shops cafes etc . Hotel , almost new ,tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable ! Excellent reception and housekeeping staff Would stay again !!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We liked that there was a washer and dryer in the room which allowed us to wash some of our dirty clothes during our trip. That was definitely a plus. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an initial issue with our room but the manager was so nice and cleared everything up.

Huge problems. Took forever to get keys trying to talk through intercom and get buzzed in. Then keys didn’t work. Phone number wouldn’t go through trying to get help. Felt locked in, couldn’t find button to open door. Had to call staff on desk phone. He didn’t seem happy I did that. Finally got into room.

Good location. Clean and well designed room. No coffee offered on weekends. Gym is 10min walk and only 3 hotel guests can use facility at one time with special ID cards

Our 3 rooms were excellent. Clean, large and beds comfy. Location close to town. Stayed twice during our holiday and would definitely stay again

Large room and bed with good facilities. We only stayed for one night so didn’t need to use the kitchen. There were plenty of options close by for breakfast too. Also the staff contacted us after we left to let us know we had left an item of clothing behind, and then kept it until we were able to get back to pick it up. It would’ve been good to have had a couple of options for pillows. Otherwise, all good.
