Got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes, broken bathroom door, burned cigarette holes on blankets, staines everywhere around the room, over crowded parking

I booked two nights. After seeing the room in person, I decided I could not stay there even for the first night. The upholstered furniture was visibly and extensively stained and soiled. The couch, chairs, bedding, doors, walls, and other surfaces showed a level of dirt, staining, wear, and damage that I found completely unacceptable for a room being offered to paying guests. I have stayed in plenty of basic, inexpensive accommodations without complaint. This is the first time I’ve checked into a room, documented its condition, immediately sought a refund, and left to find somewhere else to sleep. I would not stay here, and based on the room I was given, I cannot recommend this property.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! DO NOT STAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! Staff is fraudulent, refused to give any paperwork when I wanted to check out. The "peephole" was just a hole in the door covered by a Post- It. Big footprint from what I can only assume was someone kicking the door from the inside, the door appeared to be placed in the frame instead of secured to it, the room number on the door was non existent. The woman I understand to be the owner was verbally and visibly disrespectful to me when I respectfully let them know I wanted to check out and asked for paperwork showing I was checking out. I was told they do not provide paperwork and did not have any email or phone number for a formal request. Was approached by no less than 3 people with drug or sexual requests. A man clearly not in the right mind jumped out from behind my car when leaving. Saw 3 unwell individuals engaging in a sexual act by my car. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I ended up sleeping in my car 20 mins away.!

Roaches!! Did not even stay the full stay I booked room for. Ruined my entire trip as there many German roaches crawling around on things.

I left after 10 minutes of checking in. I dont travel alot but when I have to I check the bed. It was soiled, full of stains and hairs. Air conditioner did not work ect... They took a picture of my ID and I wanted them to shred it since I was not staying and the rude lady declined. I had to drive back home 2 hours away. Ruined my weekend 😒. The male was much nicer than the female. I should of taken pictures but wanted to leave and not stay another minute. Please , please check your beds before staying, there alot of diseases out there.

The room smelled like 10 years of stale smoke. There was food debris and dirt all over the floor and side tables. The air conditioner leaked water and there was no mirror in the bathroom. This is the type of place that homeless people go to overdose. Run.

The room was good, but we were there for 5 days and only had 2 cleaning. Other than that the room was fine and quiet. AC worked great. Bedspread too thin. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean...but mostly due to our own efforts.

I didn't like the way my reservation was handled I am so dissatisfied. I didn't like the fact that the hotel canceled my reservation without notice on a busy comic con weekend so I had to return back home without going to comic con sunday all hotels were booked and very expensive. That is why I reserved my stay months ahead to not go thru this. I am very dissapointed in this hotel. Very unprofessional. Booking shouldn't be doing deals with this hotel at all.

This motel is definitely meant for a one night stay but felt icky to stay in. The bedding had cigarette burns and graffiti written on it. The furniture wasn’t clean and the room had a weird smell. The parking lot was a little sketch because there are people in and out of rooms like the other reviews say so I wouldn’t bring children around. Overall, I would say pay a little extra for the holiday inn nearby because you truly get what you pay for.

It’s a decent budget hotel, bed was comfy room was quiet. It’s an option if you’re an adult staying in SD. It’s where the hookers stay so wouldn’t recommend if traveling with kids.

This hotel was located in a rough pocket in Chula Vista. There were transients in the parking lot, as well as a prostitution transaction. Police traveled through the parking lot and there were other police actions within a block. The proprietor was very kind and the shower had plenty of hot water. Not a place to stay with children.

What amenities? I get it, given the area it is not relatively as nice as a Motel 6. But the room I checked into didn’t even have toilet paper. Bedsheet top cover was covered in cigarette burns. Half the outlets didn’t work. Shower curtain was completely covered in mold. Tv and AC worked which was nice.
